Picked up an online order and asked the associate if she could gift wrap the necklace. When I got to the car I took the box out from the bag to fluff the tissue paper since I was gifting it right away. Well, this is how she “gift wrapped” and put the ribbon on. Luckily I looked in the bag otherwise I would have been mortified when the gift was opened.

I was in the store today and bought a bracelet. I was never acknowledged once by the 2 employees there. They never greeted me and ignored me the whole time but helped everyone else in the store. There wasn't a lot of people so there shouldn't be any excuses. I even stood right in front of him ready to ask to buy the bracelet and he just ignored me. There were more people that came into the store after me and they were fully helped. Every single one of them.

Ordered online and perfect service from Kaitlyn. She was so helpful and helped separate my gift for my mother and sister with such great cuts service even though it was so busy. Also they were serving beverages for Mother’s Day shopping. Thank you Kaitlyn! I will be back.
