This is an amazing group of people to work with. From start to finish, they are so communicative. The application process is seamless! They might be busy but they always let you know where they are in the application process. I hope to work with them again soon!

Absolutely disappointed & disgusted with their Alvin Texas real estate agent who blatantly allowed her client to lie and cover up with paint(recent paint) a roof leak.Along with an additional attempt to have a fan blowing where water enters the house. They never once put put any of this in the disclosure, on the sellers disclosure notice they put unknown in a section that was a yes or no response. I would've never put in an offer how did they filled it out to the best of their knowledge. The realtor and her client cost me $750 because they were both not forthcoming. This is a disgrace to the industry and procession. Individuals wonder why they dislike dealing with realtors and I love mine but I understand why after this experience. I did have one of the best inspection companies, who did a phenomenal job at finding these impurities that they deliberately try to hide.

I have purchased two homes now with KW. While I know there are many agents I can tell you that I have never had anything but positive and professional exchanges with the agents as well as the office staff. I would highly recommend them......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! :)

DO NOT use anyone from this company!! I hired these people to lease out my home... Long story short, these people found a shady tenant who backed out(never moved in). Keller Williams knew the tenant was no longer interested befobrehand and unknowingly to me Keller Williams decided to rush to the bank and deposit the tenants cashiers check so they could keep the money. Keller Williams then decided to pay the tenants broker the commission fee(not knowing if the check cleared). Well, the tenant had already stopped payment on the cashiers check and the tenants broker ran off w/the payment that Keller Williams paid her. After that, Keller Williams decides to sue me(their client) to pay them back the money that they paid to the shady tenants broker. Keller Williams do not have their clients best interest. This has been very stressful for me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would bec they don't deserve 1 star!

I closed on the property a few days ago and used the Keller Williams agent Nazneen Dhanani to sell my house. I would not recommend her to anyone. She appeared very professional and on top of her game at first but as soon as I signed the agreement with her...her tone changed. She started to exhibit really unprofessional behavior. I found her to be rude, arrogant and lacked any customer service skills. By the time I started to realize this it was too late so I had no choice but to continue to work with her. She did find a buyer but my house was also in a prime location and priced low, so it was not hard to sell. Through out the process, I got the feeling that she didn't have by best interest at heart...all she cared about was her commission which was fairly high at 6%. I also found that she didn't really put in any real effort into selling by home except for listing it online and doing one 1 or 2 open houses. Anytime I had to call her I had to think twice as she was EXTREMELY unapproachable. She had pegged me as a naive seller so I also felt that she was taking advantage of my lack of information. For example I got a cash offer and she told me that the earnest money cant be more than 1% of selling price. ...when I checked this with my family members, they told me otherwise and the I asked my husband to talk to her about it. When he did, she right away figured he was experienced in real estate so she immediately agreed to raise the earnest money amount. The reason we wanted a higher amount was because this was a cash sale and also the close date was a month and a half away so we wanted assurance that we have a genuine buyer. One may ask why would the my agent not want that??? well because she had nothing to loose and we had a lot to loose....but she was only looking out for herself and her commission. As we got close to the closing, she also failed to work on my behalf and didnt give me the correct advice which would have saved me almost $3000. Knowing the type of loan I had she failed to tell me that if the house does not close by a certain date I will loose almost $3000/- in interest to the bank. The closing date got changed a few times and never once did she tell me the consequences of the change in date. Once again....as long as her 6% commission was secure, that's all that mattered to her. Once I confronted her with all this, she started to yell and scream at me.....which I thought was extremely unprofessional considering that she is being endorsed by Keller Williams. She then hung up the phone on me 3 times during conversations with her. At that point the I had already signed the closing docs and there was little I could do as recourse. I did contact her broker at Keller William someone named Ms. Andi who I found to be somewhat professional and empathetic or perhaps that was also all just part of the "GAME" that these people were playing with me. It was ironic that Ms Andi took a little time to return my call and during that time the sale had already closed. Although she did try to mediate the issue between me and the agent. She requested Nazneen to consider taking on some of the burden of this loss....however Nazneen refused. Nazneen didn't even have the courtesy or ethics to call me and talk to me about my concerns. Why??? well she had her commission already so to her it didn't matter. After her yelling and screaming at me...and me loosing almost $3000/- I still had to pay her and the buyers agent 20,000$ in commission. Nazneen didn't do much to make this sale happen....and it was her unprofessional behavior and disregard for my interest and giving me correct advice that makes me say that she is not a good real estate agent and I would NOT recommend her to anyone. The whole process of dealing with her was very painful and I would have thought that after paying her such a high commission the least I can expect is some respect and good professional advice. When I was hiring her I asked around and knew that she didn't have a great reputation, however it was the name Keller W

Keller Williams Realty is the most aggresive real estate brokerage in Fort Bend County. Their real estate agents are extremely well trained to think outside of the box and get your house sold. I am very impressed with their use of technology and their focus on customer service.
