Horrible return policy! I bought a ottlite LED lamp with the tablet stand and when opened the box it was missing the plug and the tablet stand! The store manager said they don't take returns. This wasn't a change your mind return, this was an incomplete order! Didn't even offer me an exchange! Nothing was offered. I had to ask for the corporate office number but they probably won't do anything either. Very disappointing and now know why they were close to bankruptcy...need some better vendors with better equipment.

Terrible. They wouldn't honor their own store signage for a BOGO. The manager Alita was curt and not helpful at all.

Their is still a need for more staff and craft knowledgeable people. They do have a great selection of items for the creativity people. And always have the app so you can have discount coupons.

Joann fabric in Sugarland
I went to buy fabric Sunday morning the old lady that cut my fabric was so rude. She seems like she was upset and mad she had to work. I’m not sure what her problem was.
Unfriendly very rude and disrespectful. I believe her name was Sandy.

I go with my wife to this store. The fabric is a mess. Terrible!!!! Whose running this store? Do something about it. We are going to Hobby Lobby instead!!!!!! You did good getting 2 stars. Fix it and we will change it. The bathrooms are horrible!!!! I do not want my family at the Sugar Land Store.

Sunday at 12p sat in line for 30 minutes to buy 1 zipper. 2 people working with a line of 10 behind me. Never again! This is why Amazon is killing retail stores

This store has gone down since opening. I used to go in at least twice a week. The display at the beginning of the scrap book paper has had the same items on it for months. Or it has a few items and the rest is bare. Constantly have boxes in the aisle. People continue to go since their really isn't anywhere else. There is a female manager who is rude, doesn't ask if you need help or just ignores you. Three stars is a gift.

It says the hours were updated 2 weeks ago by the business, so I thought it was safe to arrive by 8pm. Only for them to close at 8 lol. This is a great location but seems like a ton of people are having problems with the hours...

It is 7:44 p.m. I am in front of Jo-Ann Fabrics Google says they're open till 9:00 p.m. well guess what they're not. You might want to know their store hours they close at 7:00 p.m. they might want to update their Google! You've got a ticked off customer and wanted to pick up their order and I can't get it. thank you for the inconvenience. Who closes at 7:00 p.m. every night? Covid is over folks get over it. Waste of my time and gas neither which I have plenty of.
