Great place if you want to be judge by how you look. My wife went in to get her ring cleaned. I went inside with her and our son and all it took was one look from head to toe to get ignored and skipped twice. She had to go up to someone to ask for help because no one would approach us. So many beautiful diamonds but some people's attitude can make it look like a dumpster!

Evelyn F. at the Jared in Sugarland is super helpful and patience. I was gifted a piece of jewelry from this store and needed more help with it. Evelyn took her time with me and made sure the process was smooth. She was very kind, polite and professional. I hope her boss sees this and reward her for being so nice and patience with customers. We brought my wife's watch for a battery replacement. They offered to clean her diamond ring and came back claiming the diamond was cracked and offered us options for repair,and refused to return it. After insisting they return it because it was insured, they miraculously told us there was no crack.
