“my visit to this store was great! greeted upon entry by the whole team and was helped immediately by Matt who helped me add a line to my plan. it was a bit of a complicated process but he communicated well through the whole interaction and chatted with my girlfriend and i. during our time there i had mentioned we were looking into getting an iPad and Matt helped out with some information about that as well without us having to ask. in the end, we left with the added phone line and a new iPad! thanks Matt for the pleasant experience and for hooking us up! :)”

“This location is a world of a difference from the Westheimer/Dairy Ashford location! I was in and out of here in 5 minutes to swap out a cable box, which is something the other location couldn't do. I had a horrid experience there due to them being too busy and understaffed, and they lied to me at that location twice about keeping my appointment. At this location, I never needed to make an appointment!! Going to come back to this location if I need anything because the Westheimer location is a trainwreck! You will be in and out in a matter of minutes!!”
