“Ok first we stayed here because my sister was in the hospital up the street and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. Myself and my mother took turns sleeping and showering during our stay so my sister wouldn't be left alone. I have to give a shout out to Bob you guys have a gem with him as part of the Best Western family. The time he took to show concern for my sister and my mother really touched my heart. He knew I would be going to the hospital early and made sure my mom would not be disturbed so that she could sleep during the day. The day we checked out 7/3/2024 Bob stopped myself and my mother and said and I will never forget this " oh mrs.Miller I was going to tell you to take your mother some breakfast". For this man to say this to me because he knew we were stressed, tired and everything else that comes with this medical situation with my sister to take food for my mother touched me in a way that I will never be able to explain. Bob is a very special man with a huge heart and deserves every bit of this positive feedback. It is because of you Bob that I will be a better person and try to be half the person you are. You are 100 percent the real deal a true compassionate person who truly cares about every human. I could go on all day about the impact you had on me and my family. I will always keep you in my prayers that you will be blessed with a very very happy life. Thank you so much sir for being amazing. Kindness is so amazing and you mastered it!”

“Only issue was the shower the door opens on opposite side of faucet so you have to have cold water sprayed on you to turn shower on due to sliding door not being on faucet side doesn't open that was kinda annoying but service was great helpful place is very clean and nice ?”

“I visited Houston for my Birthday, coming in from Nebraska. I had Booked a room at another hotel that wasn’t to my liking. We went around to a few hotels that was still not up to par for me. Finally arriving at The Hampton inn and Suites. Ashanti and Jamie was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade on our room which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel was very clean, hot breakfast, a little exercise room. This hotel is a great place to stay at.”

“Nice room. Wish it had a microwave. They do offer complimentary hot breakfast. The room also has a mini fridge that got really cold. The location is walkable to the shopping center behind it.”
