March 2/2024 evening 8:30 pm home goods store in Sugerland manager Hugo is very rude and very unprofessional we had three carts of stuff and I was shopping for three hours I had 7 vases and two of them had cracks he told me he would give those two vases to me 15% off because it had a crack in it but when I went to go checkout he said that the crack was natural and he would not give me the discount there were baskets for sale and I had four of them only two of them had the discount tag on them but the other two baskets that were the same didn’t have the discount tag and would not give me the discount I left all the stuff there and didn’t purchase a thing I left because he was so rude and disrespectful.
