Thank you, Hertz, for having honest employees who have integrityI rent a lot from the sugarland location and twice I left something valuable in my rental and both times the same employee went out of her way to track me down and let me know they had my items I left in the car and they had been securely placed in a safeThanks again, Mrs Dee. I owe you some Starbucks, lol....

Extremely bad experience, I was pre booked with Expedia, once reached, the guy at the desk wasted time to process the order after which I was informed to wait for car. After waiting over 20 min , i was told that the car need to go for a car wash. Got the car after wasting almost an hour. Moreover I was not happy with the brakes and even the guy accepted the fact but he was not much interested to change the vehicle and gave reason that it will further take more then 20 min. So I refused and drove the same car also did complaint on customer service but they were also not helpful and were not willing to compensate

I wish I could give this location no stars. The manager (Ms. Dee?) is NASTY and believes the world should operate at her pace. They were almost 30 minutes late picking us up and then we spent another 1 hour and half waiting for our vehicle because “it had to be sent to be cleaned” - little did we know, because it wasn’t shared, that it would take an additional 30 minutes. When I politely inquired the “manager” was snippy and rude as if we were inconveniencing HER. The car finally arrives and the interior is filthy and smells HORRIBLE. Hertz claims there is nothing that can be done about it. I never leave reviews unless they are positive - I wish I had seen prior reviews before going here.

If you leave anything in the vehicle important forget about even asking they’ll act like they never saw anything pretty much pocket anything left behind. Hope they get the same luck in return. Literally just stealing peoples things, apparently they don’t get paid enough.

Dee gave me terrible customer service. I was there at the counter first and she decided to take another customer before me. She was very dismissive about it. She kept calling me "little girl ", and I found that to be very disrespectful. She is not an asset to the team. I would like to follow up with customer service about my grievance.

This is the worst Hertz I have ever had to deal with.No one answers the phone regularly.And when they do, you’re on hold for 20+ minutes and have to call back and go through the prompts.They are a very small airport and I have been there so many times, they are NOT that busy to not tend to their customers adequately.The lady up front (Pam or Pat) is so rude.From the moment I checked my vehicle out, up until I returned it, her customer service was terrible.I figured I got her on a bad day initially, but then realized it’s just her daily attitude.In person and over the phone, sub par customer service all around.

The place was a little hard to get to being that it's in a small airport. Once in UT over 30 minutes to get a car I reserved the day before. You would think the car would of been cleaned and ready but it wasn't. There was one gentleman and 2 women there once it got busy the ladies left. The gentleman kept apologizing for the wait but I don't think it should of taken 30 minutes to get a rental that was already reserved and paid for the day before.

Don't waste your time here. Reserved a car, received a reservation email and code, but when we arrived the reservation was "not in the system". The lady at the front kept arguing "the make and model is not guaranteed", ok but if we reserved a car, a car should be guaranteed? Why is the reservation missing in the first place when we clearly had a confirmation email? After 30 minutes of back and forth, she offered another car that was 3× what we reserved. If there's a problem in the system where the system doesn't record reservations, then it's not the customer's fault. Management needs to be better and this place needs better employees

1 star is a lot for them. I have never seen such a bad customer service in my life. Hertz should be shameful to keep such disgusting employees and branch. I booked the reservation 3 days ago and when I came to the location they said they are not seeing my reservation. I had the reservation number that starts with “K” (Hertz confirmation number) but they said they don’t see it. They didn’t even offer me another reservation. All they said if you want to book another you will have to pay 3x the price for a lower tier car. This has happened 3rd time to me. I accept my fault to keep coming here again and again, but this was my last time. @hertz, if you really care about your company’s reputation, you have to look into the local management of this branch. You keep responding to other comments that you will reach out to local management but where are the results?

We booked a reservation online to pick up a rental car from the Sugar Land Airport location. The lady at the desk said that the interior of the car was not cleaned because it was “raining”. The only vehicle available was a larger car but we would have been charged the full price. When asking to cancel, she would not do it because when we were told the car we reserved was unavailable, it was after our reservation time so we had to call customer service, which was also a poor experience. Why was the car that we reserved not available when we booked it? Why make a reservation then?

Customer service at this location is horrible. I would advise anyone not to return or rent from this location. I’m disappointed with Hertz as a whole. After reading prior reviews this tends to be an ongoing issue at this location. So why hasn’t anything been done to resolve the problem? All the responses to negative comments are all the same by Hertz Team.

I had a fantastic experience renting from Hertz, and I must commend Caesar for his outstanding service. The rental process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Caesar's professionalism and friendliness. He ensured I received my vehicle on time, making the entire experience hassle-free. I highly recommend Caesar and appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.
