I was calling to confirm the reservation and payment for their services after booking with the ClassPass app. The first representative that answered wasn't sure what I was asking for so she had someone else on the team return my call.
The second representative hung up on me after I explained what I wanted confirmation for.
Using ClassPass seems a little stressful for beauty and wellness, but I also feel that the facility should be aware of the platform their company shares services on.

Shop is dirty. Bathroom needs cleaning. Floor needs to be swept and mopped. Not good when my nail tech is swatting bugs away. Manager loves treating people differently based on their ethnic background. Massage if life changing. Ask for David. This place needs to step it up... Do better by your customers...

Today I visited herbal essentials nails spa and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The music was a nice touch. Rene was my tech and she was so engaging. I was impressed by her skills. I got a full set and eyebrow wax. I will definitely be back again. Thank you ladies for a wonderful first experience.

Best place I’ve been to so far, they did exactly what I wanted and more. Renee was my technician and she was very nice and professional.the staff was awesome, the place was nice I highly recommend.

Love the woman uplifting atmosphere and my nail tech Renee was conversational, personable, and did an AMAZING job! No chips or breaks and these nails are strong! Thanks for this relaxing wonderful affordable experience! I will be back and bringing friends!! Love the chairs for the young girls as well

I had such a great experience today. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My nail technician, Jessica, was AMAZING! She took her time and I absolutely love my nails! ? Highly recommend!

My daughter went to have her nails done today. First they messed up the type of dip and made her pay an additional $7 dollars. Next the nails are see through, different tip shapes and lengths( right hand is longer). The job was done poorly would not recommend.

Have been going to this place for almost 3 years and really enjoyed visiting there. Not sure what happened today but when I walked in I was not greeted. Next person that walked through the door was greeted with enthusiasm. Tried to overlook it because the technician came and had the water ready for me so I disregarded the greeting. Received a great service and when I went to check out the same person that normally greets took my card and ran the card and rudely place the card on the counter after she completed the transaction. Just a little odd and seemed a little rude today not very happy with her customer service and I will not be returning. I got the picture.

Worst place to do nails! There are so many nail shops around. I haven’t seen like this one! Ripping off people. Listed price is one and asking for another and charging whatever they want to. Please be careful and look at the prices before you start doing anything!
