You guys are supposed to be a reputable dealership. We pay money to own these cars that depreciate in value anyway and still we want to own them. We buy it from you and give you business… I want to understand why every time I bring my vehicle in, and pay for something to be fixed, and take it back, there’s always another issue that arises. And then I get a generic answer of it being MY fault. Unacceptable. I always ask for everything to be checked. Absolutely no reason this is the fourth time we need to be coming in. I think starting to think someone is purposely not ensuring things are okay or messing things up so I have to come right back. Not a good feeling. Not the proper service.

"Stay away. The service matches the quality of the car. The staff does not know how to repair vehicles but will still charge you for it. Both the service advisor, Adrian, and the manager, Micah, are rude and unprofessional. It is not surprising they can't get jobs at better car dealerships."

If I could give 0/5 stars I could.
I called in today to get information and schedule an appointment for a service on my vehicle. I spoke with Monica who was very rude and just seemed to have very very poor customer service skills. I ended up calling the other dealership in Houston that is a little bit further but the person who assisted when I called in was very friendly and put me at ease about bring my vehicle in and even walked me through everything that I can expect when I come in. I called Monica back to cancel my appointment. Save yourself and just go to the Houston Location.
