This place needs to be inspected seriously. I had a very bad problem. I sent my concern to support as they asked on someone else's post and still haven't received a call or email. I won't be sending another email to support so don't say to do that. The problem was so bad I had to move out the hotel. The front desk guy acted as if that problem I happens all the time. I have videos and pictures to prove it . Get an exterminator asap. Ohh and fix the holes under that holey air conditioner unit.

The hotel is ok but the staffs are real Rude . I stayed on June 1 2024 but after the check in I been told that my room is getting Cleaned and I was asked to wait but a family came behind me they got checked when I asked for that the receptionist never replied back . In my room the shower was bad it slided back so water spilled in the dressing it was so awkward that with one leg I need to hold the sliding door and do the bath. It was like a big task to get bath . When I was about to check out i tried to explain the problem I faced but the girl in the reception was too rude she did not replied to me after a wait I thought it is better to leave the place she said a # thank u # in wicked and Rudy way . Immediately I asked this is the way u respond to a customer she said she was working so can’t answer but she was busy in her mobile only . Seriously guys I am staying more than three days in hotels this is one of the worst hospitality I have ever stayed . Even a small hotel in Rosenberg was too welcoming than this hotel . I used to stay in Best western in sugarland they are the best in hospitality. A customer needs a warm welcome with an ears to hear to their issues this is what a hospitality industry works . But this hotel is like u pay and get embrace . I definitely never come back to this hotel unless the management changes the staff or train them to a professional level . Even my suggestion to the people is better avoid this hotel instead u will get a lot of good hotels around this area with a very good friendly faces.

I checked in to room 524 on Wednesday afternoon 5/29/24. When I entered the bathroom, I noticed urine on the floor directly in front of the toilet. (First photo) I gathered my bags and went to the front desk to request a different room. The attendant agreed but I told him I would pick up dinner and move to another room when I returned. When I returned there was an “out” sign at the front desk so I had to return to 524 to login to my 6:30 meeting and eat my dinner. I washed my hands in the bathroom sink, ate my dinner and went to wash my hands again and noticed the sink never drained (second photo). After my meeting, I returned downstairs and received the keys to room 424. When I entered this room to inspect it, I was shocked and appalled to see urine on the toilet seat! I took a photo and immediately gathered my bags and walked to the front desk! I told the attendant how shocked I was and this situation of two different rooms with the same issue has never happened to me at any hotel ever! I was and am concerned about the cleanliness of any area of this hotel! I asked him to return to 424 with me to see it for himself! We went back to the front desk and he gave me the keys to 422. This was the first room which appeared to have a clean toilet. I expressed my concern again and told him I would like to discuss this with the manager because after this frustration and 3 trips to the front desk I felt like management should offer me something. He told me the manager would be there in the morning and I should discuss the incident with her. The following morning, we came to the office twice and were told the manager was not available. I had to leave for a meeting, but my husband returned to the front desk after I left and still wasn’t able to speak to a manager. He left around 11:00 and called back to the hotel twice but was routed to a reservation desk. I drove back to the hotel around 1:30 to speak to the manager and I told the female front desk attendant the details of my room experience the day before. She told me she went to the manager’s office but she was not there. Not only did I have this horrible experience at this Hampton Inn but obviously management does not care! There has been no attempt by the manager or anyone at this hotel to address my concerns. No phone call and no email! And this is despite my opening a case with Hilton guest services after I left the hotel. If you stay here you are putting your health at risk, they do not clean the toilets between guest and probably many other areas are not cleaned! The worst part, the manager, this hotel owner and the Hilton corporation don’t care! DON’T STAY HERE!

I visited Houston for my Birthday, coming in from Nebraska. I had Booked a room at another hotel that wasn’t to my liking. We went around to a few hotels that was still not up to par for me. Finally arriving at The Hampton inn and Suites. Ashanti and Jamie was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade on our room which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel was very clean, hot breakfast, a little exercise room. This hotel is a great place to stay at.

This could be a very nice hotel but it was very disorganized. I traveled with my husband, daughter and mother for my nephew’s graduation. We ran into some horrible traffic and weather on the way in. When I made the reservation for a 2 queen bed suite 2 weeks prior, I paid in full. However, upon calling the evening of check in at 9pm, I was told they overbooked and was bumped to a king suite with a sofa bed. This was a more expensive suite and not ideal for us. My mother has arthritis and my husband has back problems. Sofa bed?? The night attendant was very courteous and did everything he could which wasn’t much. Also, upon checking in I discovered that they had the wrong credit card information under my name. I asked to speak with the manager twice during our stay and she was never there. Breakfast was pretty good but our room was never serviced during our 2 night stay. Had to ask for fresh towels. Also, after swimming in their pool my daughter and I got a skin rash. Might want to check those levels. And the trash by the ice machine on our floor was never emptied. Neither were any ash trays on the property. All in all, we felt like we were on our own.

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID - these hotel in particular, when I made my reservation, I’m normally call to make sure the reservation went through only took few seconds to call them, when I talk with the service desk she let me know that I had two rooms reserved immediately. I told her no I only need one room. I don’t understand why is two rooms, so I asked to cancel the other room, but she didn’t told me they gonna to charge me for canceled the reservation that I didn’t make, there system make the reservation, but they took the money out my credit card with out my consent so that’s fraudulent charges, please don’t make reservations in this particular hotel (Hampton Hotel) thank you very much

Excellent place to stay! Front desk was friendly and helpful! Room was clean and well decorated. Lots of options at breakfast bar and plenty of room in eating area. The hotel has a nice modern update. Close to a beautiful walking trail around a nearby lake. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay while in Sugarland.

The stay itself was decent, but the attitude of the front desk attendant at check in was abysmal. She was so rude and refused to allow me and my children to do an early check in. That is fine, but her disdain for us made us feel awful. Another family came and did early check in while we waited with all our luggage in the lobby. My teenaged son had just been diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome that day and was very tired. After seeing she let other people check in before us even though we had been waiting in the lobby for hours, my son asked her if we could check in. She begrudgingly did it since the other family was still standing there and it would have been odd to refuse us while allowing them in.She checked me in while gossiping on the phone to her friend. Never made eye contact or explained anything. She just kept talking to her friend about a girl they knew. I have never experienced such blatant unprofessionalism. We flew into Houston for medical reasons and even had a handicap room that she was happy not to let us enter.

Booked through Southwest for additional mileage, otherwise might not have chosen Hampton, even though it’s owned by Hilton and I’m a Hilton Honors member. Stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was available 1st morning, but not the second. Parking was somewhat limited. Management was very poor.Food & drinks: Breakfast was OK if it had been available both mornings.
