Over crowded, almost get hit in parking lot because of narrow spaces, prices are higher than the other grocery stores. Cashiers are always talking amongst themselves w/o regards to the customer, like I'm invisible.

We always visit this store but lately we have the cashier Joyce M. Today was the worst day, she had a horrible attitude that she even threw a cookie at us and hit my baby in the face until she was hurt and left my baby's face I hope the manager does something for That was a big hit in my baby's letter. I'm so upset ???? Of course why the cashier never apologized for the rude way she even hit my baby's face ???he's just a baby and nothing is wrong

What happened to the size of the Bolillo Roll? They are shorter & no longer the regular size. It seemed like it didn’t rise when baked. The middle is dense & no longer pillowy. I have to shop at different H‑E‑B store or completely different grocery store.

HEB removes your favorite brands and products, and replaces them with their own inferior and worse quality products… and still charge you basically the same price. They are WAY too aggressive at pushing their over-priced/ bad quality products on their customers… Kroger doesn’t do that. Kroger ALWAYS has my favorite brands on the shelf, and doesn’t shove Kroger brand products down my throat the way HEB does. The greed of HEB executives is outstanding. Even the “coupons” are a joke compared to the saving I get at Kroger… Plus everyone who works there is an underpaid teenager. Once again, Kroger hires all ages including the elderly, which I really respect.. just saying…

I love HEB. Pillar of the community, and it's noticed an appreciated. Great store, great pharmacy. But two things... the staff that shop with the big red carts on behalf of others are beyond inconveniently annoying. Also, the flowers are the worst; too expensive and they never last (except the daisies), go to Kroger for flowers instead. Still getting used to the rearranged store (and still not a fan). Tired of items still being rearranged week-to-week (pistachios are a scavenger hunt!). Check-out folks are hit-or-miss, but baggers are pretty good. Wish the organic produce was more centralized again, and I wish there were more of it. Pretty good Android app. And the in-store Musac rocks!

4/23/23 - VERY DISAPPOINTED today with curbside. Waited 40 minutes until another Customer told me your Internet was down and no one was being served. Cars double parked everywhere. Crazytown. And only have to stand in line behine 18 people to turn in my name.
01/23/2024 - Removing a star because of quality issues and lack of management response.
05/15/2024 - Your flowers are still the WORST. Mother's Day bouquet lasted only 3 days.
