If you read bad reviews, you can tell those people have never worked in the medical field. This is the best pharmacy there has ever been due to the staff doing 2 to 3 peoples job at the same time! They are understaffed.

I called this store this morning. I was looking for help with a prescription, which was back ordered. I had the pleasure of speaking with Leshawn, one of the pharmacists on site. Leshsawn went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Untrained, unprofessional staff, with Zero responsibility for their actions (or inactions). With a a family of 6, I'm not sure I have ever had a script ready when promised. Had an issue between insurance and the pharmacy. Lucinda, LaShawn and Ironisha all made the issue exponentially more difficult. When dealing with someone's health, especially mental health, you'd think they pharmacy workers, of all people, would be a bit more understanding to the urgency of meds. I sincerely hope noone treats them or one of their loved ones this way. In my most recent experience, my child's ADD meds were out of stock. I called every few days for 3 weeks. Finally called yesterday and the medicine was in stock. I asked them to fill it and was told I would need a prior authorization from my insurance and doctor. I called my insurance and the insurance asked my why I was calling and why the pharmacy didn't just send the paperwork to my DR to fill out. I requested the paperwork to be sent to my doctor and insurance tells me it could be 3 to 5 days to get the approval, which the meds will most likely be out of stock again. I asked the pharmacy clerk who's responsibility it was to get the ball rolling on this and the young girl had no idea, the insurance confirmed it should have been them. I am done with this pharmacy which in turn means I'm done with HEB. If you read the other reviews, this location and their staff has been an issue for years.

This is truly the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. The customer service is horrible and the pharmacist in charge couldn’t care less. Do your self a favor and use any other pharmacy other than this one.

HEB pharmacy is always slow and understaffed. Customer service is lacking. It took 5.5 hours to refill 30 pills. As far as the regular check outs, mostly self check out. Not enough cashiers. Other HEB stores near by are always better staffed.

Have a very bad experience with this black lady pharmacy tech was very rude they told me the medication was ready after coming came back after 2 hours ask cashier they didn’t know anything about the medication i had to wait longer to get my medication the pharmacy tech by the name leshadaw or what ever her name was super rude never again coming back this pharmacy is very incompetent

I want to highly recommend the pharmacy and the staff. Especially Phar tech Isaac and Pharmacist Lucinda. Even over the phone he was so kind and patient. What I received was EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE when i went in to pick up. My prescription was transferred and they got it filled within 3 hrs.I wish i could seat in the store to learn about customer service from them.You guys rock :)

Understaffed, results in never having medication ready even when text is received. Staff is nice and courteous but you can tell their frustrations due to the high volume of customers. Other HEB's have meds ready in an hour. I'm not blaming the staff. I blame the management for not properly forecasting the pharmacy with staff during high volume days and evenings.

Horrible service. It takes a long time to get the orders thru the drivethru. Shame on HEB....Please hire more people so I don't have to wait more than 20 minutes for my prescriptions.

Three of the dumbest, unprofessional cashiers couldn't figure out an HEB gift card! One of them was recording me without my permission, I didn't cause any trouble, I wasn't rude and yet I received some unwarranted stress. I've been shopping at this location for 12 years, NOT ANYMORE! This is no way to treat people. Thanks HEB for hiring rude troglodytes!

My wife and I made an appointment at 12:00pm for Covid booster and flu shots. Arrived on time but got called at 12:40pm. What is the point of making an appointment in the first place?

This review goes to Aimee in Floral. She an exceptionally good eye for putting together floral arrangements, which is why I was gonna write this review ... and that was before I got 3 compliments on the bouquet during my walk To check out. Trust me If you're gonna get a floral arrangement from here def ask for her, oh and don't forget to ask her about all the wonky holidays she knows about, It was the cherry on top having such a dope conversation about all the holidays I never knew about. -- I learned that Boss's day is Monday lol thank you Aimee aka the FLOWER BOSS
