I was at the first colony mall location to buy a couple of shirts for my son and the price tag was $29.99 on the shirts and it was on sale (buy 1 get the second one 50% off). The shirts were ringing up for $34, and I was told that is the new price right now. That is not what was advertised and I was not going to be told if I had not spoken up. That is false advertising and bad customer service on there part.

Nothing has prices , to find out the price, you have to ask the person in the register, and the lines are super long!

I'm so happy with my shopping yesterday ☺️ I thought I couldn't find the size since the guy told me they have already extra small. But one sales associate her name "Bri" she really ask me if it's fit for me then I told her no but I like it. And she told me I can get the right size for you. Thank you so much Bri you really makes me happy!?

Great customer service I have been a guess shopper for year's even on that guess list rewards program as well soon as I walked in we were greeted and also the sales associate informed us about the sales that they where having she also pointed in direction and walked through the keys points of the store. If they don't have your Size they will quickly offer to order it for you instead of saying we don't have your size. Been a fan of Guess Factory moving here from Virginia about a year ago I never know they had G by Guess. Impressed with the store they made are day after having a bad experience at another clothing store in the mall. Thank-you for a great experience.
