Honest hard working Americans avoid Greatwood like a plague. Asked before they ordered the parts to call me and explain the details. They did not. When I called this awful person named Leanna threatened me that I will have to pay a restocking fee if I cancel. I called the next day Paul said my estimate will be higher because the part is higher and the paint job will cost more than 2 days ago. Since I agreed they have not called me once. Called everyday last week. Finally called the automotive section Jason said he would tell the owner. Chris notified and did nothing. Clearly, Chris does not care about his business. This business might have been good at one time but no longer. I have notified AARP insurance I refuse to do business with Greatwood and to flag this company. I am putting on my 55 plus community page warning people not to do business Greatwood. I got another estimate $1200 dollars cheaper and they can take me this week. The communication and customer service at this other body shop is so much better. Do not settle for this horrible place.
P.S. I read the response from the owner. He was made aware of the lack of communication; he chose to do nothing about it. The customer service and communication was almost completely non existent. I have no reason to lie. They wanted to charge me a $302 restocking fee from a $1971 bumper. After I gave up on Greatwood that Friday. Received a $1200 cheaper quote from Nextgen in Katy. They told me to bring my car the next Monday and they had my car finished on Friday. It was a 100 times better than dealing with people at Greatwood Collision.
P.S. I never asked them to do anything below cost. I have no reason to lie. Like I said before avoid this place.
