Brought car in for screw penetrating driver side tire, Gentleman literally pulled it out with his fingers. No fix needed and no charge. Will come back here. Nice honest people and I was greeted promptly when I walked in. Thank you Firestone.

I asked for a total for my estimate for services, and they came back with a number that is three times as much as they had initially told me when it came to pay. I asked them for a "total" for my services before I let them have my car. I saw the man punch the numbers in the calculator. He tells me when I get there later to pay them that number only applied to one small portion of the services for filters and smaller items. I had no clue that the cost of the starter was not included. He never specified that the starter was not included, and when I asked for a total, I assumed everything was included. I am not a car expert. I have dealt with tires and batteries primarily with cars. This is the first time I have dealt with a starter issues. I had no clue how much a starter is. I specifically asked for a total before hand anyway. Those were the words that I used. A total does not mean individual parts. It means what I am going to have pay after the all the work is done.

4-27-2018 9:30pm...Just left the Pearland location on 3209 Kirby due to bad customer service for the third time. I want to start off by saying that the bald employee there at the front who might be the manager whom also used to work at the location on main Street next to the NRG stadium, never says hi, never provides great customer service, and for the third time again going to that location said that he won't be able to look at the car till after 2pm... That's when I called James at this location. He is very courteous, polite, and awesome

I'm very pleased with the customer service,@ this location. The main person who helped me was Tim. He explained every detail, that needed repairing. I don't know much, about cars. After listening, to him, I had a far better understanding. I have 4new tires, 2 inner tire rods, axel, motor mount, and barring repair. My truck rides like a brand new truck. The water stopped spraying, for my window washing. He fixed that for me, by using a stick pin, removing the calcium buildup. I received a follow-up courtesy call, from Mark. He was also very PROFESSIONAL. This shop is about 20 minutes from home. I'll return and trust Tim, w/my vehicle. I also met James, who has been with the company for over 23yrs. These 3 Professional gentlemen will show patience, towards any misunderstood problems, w/ your vehicle. I thank all of them for handling my truck properly. Plus, Tim LOVES an appreciated hug from genuine ppl.

James and his crew have been servicing all our cars for 16 years. We love their service, fair pricing, honest work, and willingness to help. Each time we buy a car, we get a 2nd option from the pit crew before buying. They have saved us time and money and we are loyal to them I highly recommend them for your car service
