look I don’t expect much from a donation place but next time I’ll drop the bags at the door that way I don’t even have to interact with extremely rude people. I had to force a good morning out of the man who came out with the cart. If you are that miserable and anti social DONT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!

The worse customer service ever. Are we not doing a favor by donating our goods??? There are many options for donating... I do not recommend using GW Sugarland.

If I could give this experience a ZERO star a would. The young man that was supposed to be manning the location was across the street in CVS. When I tried to drop off my items he did not say a word. Did not speak, did not say a single word. All he did was point. It was as if I was an inconvenience to him. I love donating things and I'm not saying I should get the best hospitality in the world. However, can we at least have someone that has simple manners and can actually use their words??

Not a good experience. I backed into the spot and opened my trunk. Typically I’m greeted and the employees put my donations on a cart. I had to go inside the donation center and ask the man if he was accepting donations. He shook his head and brought out the cart. He just stood there. I had to unload about 10 trash bags full of clothes, vacuum, etc (which my husband put in my car) by myself with my two kids in the car. I won’t be back to this location again. Awful customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I think what upset me the most was his tone when he came to our truck WITH the cart and told us he could not take the donation. Not sure if it was because the employee was lazy and did not want to process our donation. Looks like our donation will be going elsewhere!! Thanks Goodwill!

This is just a donation center.Currently, they're running as a "self-service drop-off." There's a gray cart outside for your convenience. Just put your donations on it and leave the cart by the door and they'll come out to get it. No contact needed.

First time to donate clothes at Goodwill. As soon as I pulled up, a young gentleman came out with a cart to assist me. Did not say very much, but his helpfulness was polite enough. He asked if I wanted a receipt (tax deduction purposes). Handed me a quick print of a receipt and I was on my way. Process took literally 2 minutes. So fast and easy, I think I like this better than dumping my nice gently used clothes on the side of a truck... great location as well! Highly recommended!

Easy drop off. Its hit or miss with the staff to assist if you have a lot to drop off.
