This bank is good for Personal banking but worst for business owners. Their verbal confirmation and written documents are totally opposite. Duped me with their promises. Unethical practices to get business! please find some nice local bank who are more loyal to customers for business needs.

Wish I could give them 0 stars, I walked in and waited for 3 minutes before walking to the side of the front desk. Which someone was on the phone then hangs up with still no acknowledging that I needed assistance so I wait sum more til someone else says how can I help I walked over to him n I told him how I was waiting with no any sort of help. And he said I told u I would be with you in a moment I said well maybe you should be more clear on who you are talking to. Cause the lady in the front was just laughing on the phone with a customer and repeated phone numbers out loud. Like ummm no...

A wire transfer I urgently needed could not be completed in one whole day after I had been told it would only take a couple of hours.

I have been here since they came to Sugar Land. I have two banks and a credit union and have in the past banked in two foreign countries (Germany and South Africa). This is the best banking operation I have ever seen. Had a problem years ago and book keeping solved it with one phone call. My wife banks at Chase, across the street and they are a nightmare. They are also great at supporting the local community.

Horrrrrrrible. It's like banking in the 90s. Received a check that was drawn on Frost Bank and since I needed a new business account I decided to come in and deposit the check and open a business bank account. Simple right? IMMEDIATELY felt the racially profiling by Ms. Hafya Chahin. If she reads this she'll know EXACTLY who I am.

I am African and do not appreciate the immediate assumption. It's rude and WRONG. Whispering by other bankers about me. Ms. Hafya Chahin telling them not to help me with my check. And what's crazy is she's not even a manager! Just inserted herself for no reason and then couldn't even answer my questions as to why she was inserting herself when this transaction doesn't even involve her. Even the banker helping me was confused. They ended up doing what I needed but with high tension and weirdness I felt in that bank, I took my check and opened an account at another bank that was SO welcoming and helpful right down the street! Unfortunately, they lost out on a multi million dollar client as my parents own one of the largest pharmacies in Africa. Ah oh well, I guess don't assume and you wouldn't lose clients like this for racially profiling. I should've listened to the horrible reviews. What's worse is that I was a business banker at Chase, so I know the exact procedures and they were rude, condescending, untrustworthy, and racist.

I've had the privilege of banking at Frost for almost thirty years. This establishment is one of the finest banks. When ever I had business to do inside the bank I was addressed by my names when I walked into the bank. The employees were always helpful, friendly, and polite. They still are today! They even addressed my daughters when they walked in to deposit into their savings accounts. I believe because of this, this has helped them understand the importance of saving. They are in there thirties and still save money. The bank has since moved down the road and I have moved out of town and moved back again...... I never closed my accounts with Frost. I don't live in sugar land either, I live in Richmond. It is that much of a privilege to bank there. Sometimes, I run into another Frost bank customer here and there. We get excited about that. They to have been with Frost for years and years. Whether I pick up the phone, or walk into the bank...I never had a bad experience.

JP is a board member of Access Health Clinics in Richmond, Texas under the management of Michael R. Dotson and Jody Noirot. I informed my concerns as a patient and was retaliated against with threats and patient abandonment "sign it or we will have folks take you out and call police" Frost still appears as a sponsor on the clinics website and JP is still a board member. Dotson and Noirot are still managing the horrendous operation of AHCs.
