carefully review their return policy before buying. they mentioned "100% money back guarantee" but is not true. you have to return it as new. But no one would know whether it's enough before installation.

The pre-sale service was good, but the after-sale service was very poor. I bought a range hood and a gas stove on Black Friday. When I used the gas stove that night after installation, one of the burners ignited and then went out automatically after about 10 seconds. We discovered it when we smelled gas in the kitchen, so we immediately recorded a video and contacted customer service. The customer service team changed several "high-level officials" and it took more than 10 days to solve the problem. The worst thing is that the so-called technical consultant insists that there is a problem with our gas pipe. The four stoves in the same pipe are fine, but one of them goes out and leaks gas as soon as it is used. How can it be a problem with the pipe? The problem is either with the technical consultant or with your product.

I will give them 6 stars if there is the choice. Very systematic and friendly people. Lina helped me with the order and suggestions and when they came to install some parts were missing. Lina helped me out proactively. I was impressed by their contingency reaction. I bought a 7502G, the design is fabulous. The fan is strong and quiet. My wife loves it. Highly recommended!! Must get one.

As of Jan 2, 2020The sales team done a great job working out the issues. We received our system and couple days later the installation team completed hook up of the JQG 7505 along with new duct for ventilation.The work is professional and timely. The management team provided support and resolved the issue related to rogue contractor... great job!Dec 28th, 2019 -- We are actively working with their manager to resolve an issues related to their rogue installation contractor. The contractor ( surname, Chen陈) requested deposit during a site visit and has not placed our order into Fotile's fulfillment system.So far their managment has informed us that contractor is under performance review and we will see if we can get our deposit back...We will provide an full review once the matter is resolved...
