We came here to title transfer. Lady on the counter 2 was amazingly kind, quick and polite. We handled everything in 10 min.

Quick best service and no wait times , Alexis helped me and she was very friendly and caring and I had no trouble at all . I was in and out in under 10 minutes with sticker in my hand.

Went to get the sticker for my car. Made a mistake writing 26 cents instead of 25 cents. I was told that I can't correct it and initial it as it would be 2 mistakes. County rules she claimed. I don't get my checks for free!. Everything is a hassle, it's always something with these offices.

called one day 3 times stayed on home 40 + minutes each time then recording said I could ask for callback which I did. no callback called next morning at 810am all representative busy. held for over 40 min..no representative answered. horrible customer ser ice. even snt e mail 3 days later no reply. HORRIBLE!!
