Sunny was extremely nice. Sold me a 2005 Land Rover. Vehicle was in great condition for a 20 year old SUV. Price was great. Helped me get inspection, tags and plates. I would definitely recommend Flagship motors for your used car needs.

Horrible........Still haven't gotten my plates and bought vehicle cash price with tax title and license paid for before I left on Jan 30 2024 also had to call multiple times just to get second tag.

My son bought a truck we thought was good. 7 days later it was in the shop! Estimated repair costs are almost equal to the purchase price. In my opinion,STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Buyer Beware: Deceptive Advertising and Faulty Cars at Flagship Motors I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a supposedly brand new car from Flagship Motors, and it was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. The dealership's advertisements boasted about their stellar inventory of pristine vehicles, but what I received was far from that. First and foremost, the car I purchased was advertised as "brand new," yet upon closer inspection, it became evident that it had been tampered with and had significant issues. From wear and tear to mechanical malfunctions, it was clear that this car had seen better days long before it arrived at the dealership. Furthermore, the dealership's sales team was shockingly dishonest about the condition of the vehicle. They downplayed any concerns I raised and assured me that the car was in perfect condition, urging me to make the purchase quickly before someone else did. It was only after the sale was finalized that the true extent of the car's problems became apparent.Within days of driving off the lot, the car began to exhibit major issues, including engine problems, electrical failures, and suspension issues. These were not minor inconveniences but serious safety hazards that rendered the car practically undriveable.When I attempted to contact the dealership to address these issues, I was met with indifference and hostility. They refused to take responsibility for the faulty car they had sold me, claiming that the problems were beyond their control and to buy as is, and insisting that I foot the bill for repairs.In the end, I was left with a lemon of a car and a significant financial loss. Flagship Motors deceptive advertising and unethical sales tactics have cost me valuable time, money, and peace of mind. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution or, better yet, take their business elsewhere.

This place sold my friend a car for 8000. and cleared the many many codes on it before selling it to him. he was trying to help a mother and her child have a ride because the mother has breast cancer, needless to say drove it to the house, it started throwing codes running rough, took it to a shop only to find out it has front end problems epc lights on missfireing, this place should be ashamed. this really hurt that family in need, and the person that was tryingto help them. esimated to fix issues 7000.00

I bought a car from them on May of 2023. I've been constantly calling them and texting them to see when I will receive my plates and after almost 8 months they haven't done anything yet. On top of that they told me the car didnt have any major mechanical issues and a couple of weeks after I bought it the transmission broke down and I had to change the wheel bearings among other things. Avoid this place like the plague
