Sadly Disappointed. Beware - I should have read the lower score reviews first. It seems a theme as you read the reviews that when things go wrong two things keep showing up.
1) Poor time management and communication.
2) Their scoff and retorts border on childish and are very disappointing from a customer service standpoint.
I get that it is tough to find people but a few bad ones really hurt a reputation. There review score should be a 4.9 based on the performance or those in the shop but alas it is not and that's too bad
The people in back doing the work are the reason this is a 3 and not a 1.

I had NTB tell me I needed new brake pads on my rear brakes. Got a second opinion from FTA and pads were all good. Very trust worthy shop. Been going here for twenty years. Thanks FTA Greatwood.

I've been here several times in the last few months for different vehicles in our business fleet. The team is always friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. Prices are fair and the work is performed quickly. I am happy to keep using them and recommend them to friends!

They have taken auto repair from the local garage to a professionally run service business. I love their approach of tiering the service recommendations from need to now, do soon, do eventually to keep your car or truck running at is best. It is a consultative approach that I like.
My consultant the last several visits had been Christopher. He has been great to work with. I trust him and his company. Trust is the most important factor I look for in a car repair partner. Price is second, but the pricing is very competitive too.

I’ve finally found an auto shop I can trust! Dylan & Evan were so helpful and kept me updated through every step while they were troubleshooting an issue with my truck. These guys were top notch as far as customer service goes and that includes the mechanic I got to briefly meet, Josh. Very knowledgable as well! I have a modified truck so it can be a bit of a pain to work with but these guys were up to the challenge and even through some issues they tried absolutely everything they could before advising me I needed replacement parts. I truly can’t thank them enough and will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family. THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS!
