I used to be a loyal customer of Firestone, entrusting them with the maintenance of my cars for years. However, my recent experience has left me with serious doubts about their integrity. Just yesterday, I visited Firestone as I believed it was time to replace my brakes, which were last serviced 4.5 years ago. Specifically, in 2019, I had the front brakes of my 2015 truck replaced.Upon inspection, the manager, "Donte," at Firestone assured me that the front brakes were still in good condition. However, he claimed that the rear brakes and rotors were in poor shape, requiring a hefty sum of over $1,000 for the necessary repairs. Skeptical of the diagnosis, I decided to seek a second opinion and headed to Brake Check today.At Brake Check, the manager, "Travis," conducted a thorough evaluation and delivered a significantly different verdict. He informed me that both the front and rear brake pads were approaching the end of their lifespan and needed replacement. Surprisingly, the rotors were deemed to be in good condition, eliminating the need for any replacement. To my relief, the total cost for the necessary repairs at Brake Check amounted to a mere $400 – a fraction of the exorbitant quote provided by Firestone.This stark contrast in assessments has left me questioning the reliability of Firestone's diagnosis and their commitment to fair pricing. I am deeply disappointed by the inconsistency in their evaluation compared to the more reasonable and cost-effective solution offered by Brake Check. This experience has certainly eroded my trust in Firestone, and I will be reconsidering where I take my business for future automotive needs.

Inadequate costumer service and sloppy management. Came to drop my truck off on Wednesday for an alignment and tire rotation and did not hear back that day. I called once they opened the next day and said my truck was ready meaning they failed to notify me once the job was done. But worse still was when we went to pick up my truck they did NOT perform a tire rotation that we paid for. I had two white lines on the front left tire from a nail that was removed so I had proof they did not perform it. I did not hear one apology when they finally performed it several hours later. I'm only giving them two stars for the lifetime alignment deal they have, otherwise please take your vehicle elsewhere.

Wait times frequently exceed 3 hours just for a 4 wheel alignment. I'd rather drive further to another location to get quicker service.

Last week i was in the shop for inspection. And it was amazing. It finished in a minutes. They just work hard and did my deals. Thank for you all. U can choose without concern to have inspections. I went even without an appointment. N boom! Its done.

I it in my hand I would give them A big Zero. Only customer service is good. Manager doesn't know what employee does there. Never going back. Good suggestion find the employees who are more trustworthy.

Poor customer service today came to get my sticker . 2 employees at front desk acting rude, telling me my car will take 2 hours but challenge me to get mad. Also I witness an old man asking for his Cadillac and car was ready minutes before If he dis not step upand ask they will take longer to get his car. Same old man ask where his car was parked, they told him is outside, if in not on the side is on the front. I before and the person on front desk was more nice

Had an incredible experience with the manager and master mechanic of this store. Have been going here since 1989.They helped me put a new crate motor in a 2011 cadillac cts. We had some hurdles to go thru because of suppliers. Got a full long block replacement from one supplier. Did not work out. Delays from the first supplier were just too long for another motor swap. The manager stepped up to the plate along with Firestone management, and they got me another long block from a reputable supplier GM. The car is running like a top. Took it on a 3500-mile trip. Car preformed flawlessly.I did have to have patience because this motor replacement was over an extended period of time, approximately 4 months. Supplier problems and the first motor was not performing correctly. Firestone kept their original motor replacement estimate even when the first motor did not work, and they went to GM for a new crate motor. Luckily, we had 2 cars and were able to make do with one. Kudos to great teamwork from Firestone - the workers' , local management , and corporate management - making things right.

Their prices on tires are always competitive, if not the best. But in my opinion, it's their customer service that makes them stand out from all the other places in the area.
