“I did a lot of searching looking for an investment advisor. I must have talked to 5 or 6 advisors with different firms. I found Mr. Hoegemeyer with Edward Jones. He was very clear at explaining the different investments and how he was going to allocate my funds. My investments are doing so much better than the firm my company was using. I'm glad I went with Edward Jones and have been using them for over 5 years.”

“In our current economic situation, the majority of us are looking for ways to save money. Specially in the banking industry. I was a personal banker with Chase in one of their Sugar Land branches. When I had to leave Chase due to health reasons, I looked for ways to save on fees. Online or virtual banks seemed like the right fit for me. I had seen this Charles Schwab location and walk in one day. I was told that the office was mainly for investment accounts but they did handle some aspects of retail banking here. Upon further discussion, the banker explained that I could open a brokerage account with $0.00. There was no obligation on my part to trade. I could open two interest bearing retail accounts, one checking and one savings. Opening deposit required; you guessed it, $0.00! I proceeded to open the three accounts after learning that my debit card would not incur any ATM fees. Any ATM around the world. Schwab Bank will credit ATM fees in a monthly settlement. Believe me I have withdrawn GBP in London and Euros in Paris as well as Rupees in Mumbai and Rajula, India. Bill pay is free of course. The bank will mail you free check books, deposit slips, prepaid mailing envelops and preprinted return address labels in case you use your own envelop. Sorry, no free USPS stamps. The bank has a toll free number that is answered by a human banker available 24 hours a day. I transferred my money from Chase and started real free banking.”

“Though I have only been with RWM since 2018 I have not experienced that attitude from April, Paul (her father) or anyone else associated with them. I find them to be serious about their fiduciary responsibilities. Even if my "wealth" may not be in the upper 50% of other clients, my retirement is still growing. Their questionaires help them to learn your investment tolerance, and I have never seen anything different. RWM may not work for everyone but they work for me and they were not the first advisor I "interviewed".”

“Really horrible customer service experience. The guy cannot do anything. The only thing he could say is to call the customer service number. Why does Fedelity need you here.”
