I wasn’t really sure what a life coach could help with. I had some vague ideas, and goals, but personally I didn’t know anyone that had gone out and worked with someone. After many good sessions I can say, transformative.Dr. V is incredibly kind, helpful, and compassionate. You just get this sense that he wants to see you succeed and is deeply knowledgeable about how to help you get there. What’s even more amazing, is that with time, you realize that you can help yourself. Before I started working with Dr. V, I was overwhelmed, but not even fully aware of it (I thought I was doing pretty well). My primary concern was how could I manage parenting, entrepreneurship, and being a good person- wife, mother, daughter, etc. and my ever-increasing stress levels. I was surviving, but not really thriving. After working with Dr. V on mindfulness training and life coaching, I have a much greater sense of clarity of not just where I want to go in my life, but why. I have much better habits in place. Most importantly, I feel much more peaceful and significantly less stressed. I believe in myself again.I’m happier than I have been in over a decade and I’m confident enough to make big changes in my life.I also appreciate all the little good things (especially the people) that I already have in my life a lot more. One other nice thing about working with Dr. V was that since he’s also a therapist, he was able to recommend other professionals (such as a couples' therapist) that have helped me have overall better balance and happiness in my life.If you’re in Texas, definitely reach out to Dr. V and see if he can help you out with whatever your life challenges are.

I struggled with a cigarette smoking addiction for over 25 years.. I visited with Dr. V and threw my remaining cigarettes away.. I wish I would have done this earlier. Thanks Dr. V.. Carlo Morelli

When I think of Dr. V I just smile. I am forever grateful because he showed me how to find my bliss. I began going to him during a tough period of my life and immediately felt safe. He gave me the courage to find my center while facing my troubles and pain using his own guided techniques. He is open minded, compassionate, non judgemental, funny and beyond knowledgable of both Eastern and Western thought.
