This is by far the best customer service experience I have had, the staff was SO friendly and helpful! I had no idea what I was doing they helped me get in and out quickly! I will 100% be coming back to this location only!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Sent package for overnight and employee says there is only first overnight option (most expensive one) and another location says there is option to deliver by 12:00 ( almost less then half cost) after they made mistake no one want to accept mistake and just says call 1-800 number and they will help. Ridiculous experience..!

Understaffed. I have never heard of a FedEx or any other store taking lunch hours lol…many of us only have lunchtime to drop off our packages ~ everyone deserves a lunch break, but they should have at least 1 person manning the store! Employee was in the store eating lunch and didn’t let us in. ? In the past, I also have encountered rude employees a few times here.

Amazing service!I needed help formatting my print job!I called prior to arriving and explained the help I needed.Anthony let me know that he could help me.When I arrived Anthony was tied up and Ashley jumped right in and helped me. She knows what she is doing!Thank you Anthony and Ashley!

The first time I came here I was a little weary because of the reviews. The lady who helped me was very kind to me. I kept coming back. I've never had one bad experience with any of the staff, including the manager. I would highly recommend this location. For the people who have left bad reviews, I'm sure you may be the issue.

Avoid this location. Employee attitude is not at all helpful.There's a FedEx on exit 110 which provides much better customer service. I would go there instead.
