Been working with different fed ex’s all day trying to get something done gave them ample communication and time and they all canceled at the last minute. I called this location in a panic and they are taking excellent care of me!! 10/10 recommend this location in the sugar land area!!! Thank you so much- especially to the assistant manager Jasmine!!! She went above and beyond to make it happen in literally less than 30 mins! - updated 8/11/24 needed help again And Michael came thru!!!! Thank yall so much

Beverly’s conduct during our interaction was wholly unacceptable. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, she failed to provide clear answers and disregarded my inquiries. I specifically expressed to her twice how she made me feel stupid, yet she showed no acknowledgment or attempt to address my concerns. Her dismissive attitude and failure to empathize only served to fuel my frustration and disappointment with her level of customer service

Great experience! Michael Ray in printing was amazing from start to finish. His product knowledge and expertise truly shined. I was able to get all 5 of my poster prints completed in less than an hour with adjustments that Michael Ray assisted with. Went there yesterday at lunch. Very nice associate Maxwell (hope I remember name right), came from behind the counter ( two other associates very busy with customers at the counter), and I asked me what I needed. I told him I am dropping off the box which already had the label. He took me to another desk and processed immediately. Fast, nice and attentive. Thank you

Jacoby, the assistant manager and Maxwell were awesome to me. I really needed their help and they helped me with a smile. Maxwell helped me so much. He’s the sweetest. I love that kind of service and kindness. They were both so knowledgeable and just awesome.
Bevely, the manager came out because I wanted to tell her how awesome they were and she was wonderful too. Just an exceptional experience. Go see them. It will be worth it.

Longtime FedEx account holder. Sent my 20 year old son into this location to ship a package that had mistakenly gone to his address instead of mine. It was in a USPS envelope. He told them he wanted to ship this to me using my FedEx account. Instead of helping him by explaining that it needed to go into one of their boxes/envelopes, they basically told him to get lost and go to the post office. Rude employees, poor customer service.

I went to this location to print a PowerPoint presentation. There was a wait. While I was waiting, one of the associates approached me and asked what I needed. I explained and still had to wait in line. Once I got the counter, I gave very clear instructions on what was needed and the cost was never given. I paid to print and wanted it on a specific type of paper, but the associate said it would not be a good idea with lamination. Again, the cost of lamination was never disclosed. Once the printing was done and I had paid for that, he then began to talk about the cost of laminating. It was way over priced. Had the associate informed me of the price of laminating before printing, I would have gone with the type of paper I initially wanted the document to be printed on. This location has the poorest customer service and the associates are rude and nosey. In the future, I will take my business to Office Depot.

I didn't get his name, but an Asian man with glasses did a 5-star job. He went above & beyond to make sure my job got done correctly. I'm always encouraged when I come across a person with great work ethics.

The employee I interacted with, Cameron, was pretty rude. Walked in with a smile and said hello and he just simply took my package without saying a word or even eye contact and printed out a receipt for me with no communication at all.
