This ExxonMobil \\\"seems\\\" to be related to the Shell station directly across the street (I've seen the same workers in both places), however it does have a greater selection of snacks than the Shell, and seems to be arranged in a floor plan that enables you to get your item and checkout quickly and easily. Its hours open 'could' be longer, but it's mostly OK. I very much would recommend this gas station.

One of the cleanest gas stations I've been to, which is important when you have a family with little kids! The customer service is on point - attentive, professional and friendly. They have a great selection of anything you need from drinks, snacks and alcohol. I never post reviews about gas stations, but this was worthy for posting!

I really dont ever like stopping to use the restrooms at gas stations but with two toddlers in the car I really didnt have a choice and so glad I picked this gas station. The store was so clean and the restrooms were spotless! On the way out the kiddos wanted a snack and we were very pleased with the selection of drinks and snacks. The staff was also so nice and pleasant to chit chat with while checking out.

The owners are the sweetest. They keep the place tidy and neat. My favorite is their snacks/drink selection.My go to place to stop in sugarland!

Stopped by this place because I was super thirsty while driving in this hot houston weather. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in because it was super cool and clean. They had a great drink selection and a really nice staff. So glad I stopped here! I might’ve fainted from dehydration if I didn’t.

Love bringing my younger brothers here for a late night snack, it's clean and has all my favorite snacks in stock. Also, the service here is amazing.
