Signed up 2 months ago. Only went once for their mandatory initial evaluation, which turned out to be really only to get you in the door to try to sign you up for their personal trainers. After 2 months and not using the gym, I decided to cancel. Then I found out the app won't let you do it. After calling my gym and trying to get to the billing dept, the automated machine routed me to their third party billing company. After waiting 20 mins to speak to a person and explaining why I want to cancel, get to the end of the conversation, turns out they aren't allowed to cancel it unless you write them a letter in the mail or email. They can't even take your credit card off your record. Then I find out it's one month of bill (which is fine) plus still have to pay additional yearly $54 just to cancel their membership. Basically over $90 to cancel. When you ask them to do anything, they just tell you they are a third party company and can't do anything. Beware when you signup and go to cancel with them.

First of all, there are some very good people on the staff and leadership team at this gym, and my issue is not with them but with the gym's policy. The gym's strategy is to offer very cheap memberships, starting at just $10 as of January 2024. However, this often leads to overcrowded conditions and facilities that are not well-maintained, with bathrooms, showers, and machines frequently out of order. Despite signing up for the highest membership at $50, it doesn't feel valuable because these issues affect everyone, regardless of membership level. The low price, while attractive, contributes to these problems. I'd prefer if the gym charged more and invested in better maintenance and overall quality.I understand that running a business is challenging, so I want to be fair. If these issues are addressed within the next couple of weeks, I'll return and write a positive review for them.

The worst gym ever joined! Management sucks and employees are unwelcoming. Don't join!

If you are looking for a gym with basic workout equipment with a low monthly cost, this is the place for you . I have been a member of this location for over three years and I have seen the quality of machine maintenance, as well as the sanitary condition of the bathroom and shower stalls gone down the drains. The other day I walked in and noticed all the toilets were taped up and out of service, both on the top and bottom floor. Especially on Monday mornings, toilet paper, and hand soap are luxury items. Myself and other members have pointed out to front desk employees regarding the sanitary conditions of this location. However, it continues to get worse and worse and it appears that nobody cares. If you are charging members every month, I strongly believe that we should be entitled to working toilets, hand soap, and toilet paper. If not having these items are OK for you then it is an OK gym but otherwise you should look elsewhere for a better place to work out and better sanitary conditions.

They do not cancel membership even after you inform them & they will share your contact details with some collection agency who will call/email you for money repeatedly. Do not join this gym, go to other ones around. Read reviews posted by other people about this gym’s membership scam tactics.

My experience has been amazing. I am a lady of a particular age and was intimidated at the prospect of joining a gym. Upon my arrival I was given a warm welcome by Brendan and Jacob. The facility has so many options indiscriminate of your current physicality and objectives. Brendan referred me to Rick, a personal trainer, to help with my goals. He has been very helpful in improving my strength and flexibility. The facility is clean and has a number of fancy options, such as hydromassage and infrared sauna. I am very glad I joined and with this help this 56 year old has been given the tools to recapture mobility and control over how am going to age in the 2nd half of my life.

Dynamic Fitness is a terrible gym that preys on binding their customers to agreements that are impossible to break. I was not under any contract for a Dynamic Fitness gym membership, but was unable to cancel my gym membership based on the erroneous and extreme conditions that are uncommon. I had to cancel my gym membership due to valid reasons, but Dynamic fitness insisted that that was not a good enough excuse. One rep told me that I would be ok to cancel, but another rep would tell me something different. I will never go back to this gym again in my lifetime. My response -- I have already emailed and have tried to cancel my membership do to due personal matters. I was still charged $160.42 from collections for services that I never used. I paid this $160.42 fee (so that it does not show up on my credit report) despite not using your gym and requesting the cancel my membership. Unless Dynamic Fitness can refund me the $160.42 that I had to pay, I never want to step inside a Dynamic Fitness gym ever again -- and would encourage others to avoid this kind of membership hassle.

Canceling for 2 reasons, I moved so it’s out of my way and second their kids club employee were rude to me. Had the audacity to tell my I should hit my kid for misbehaving. He is 2 and is on the spectrum. Waited till the end of my contract to cancel and called like the website says you can. They asked me to freeze my account instead and I said no and then they offered a lower plan, even I explained over and over that I no longer lived in the area. After this back and forth they proceed to tell me I can’t cancel over the phone. Stay clear of this gym, it’s not even worth it as they are always full and not enough machines.

This gym makes cancelling impossible! In addition to that, they double charged my card every month than what I signed up for. The space is crowded and you will never have space to workout or free equipment unless you workout at 5am. Would not recommend this gym to anyone!

Very well run gym. The operation runners have paid great attention to details, constantly making little changes to add quality. Staff is very helpful, particularly in maintaining the upkeep of the gym. Many top notch equipment and placement is considerate of access and maximum function. I have been around big box gym memberships for 30+ years and still do today. I honestly believe this little gym here in Suar Land is one of the best in value of all those years.

This is a great gym. Good equipment, clean, professional staff, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and a hydromassager, which I love. Its also in a good location! I highly recommend.

Was a nice place till recently. Previously the downstairs was weight equipmemt and the upstairs was aerobic equipment. Last week they crammed all the aerobic equipmemt closer together much of it right in front of the locker rooms and added even more weight equipmemt upstairs. Boo. Additionally in recent weeks the music has been blaring beyond a reasonable level. Time to move to another gym.

I like it, staff is chill and helpful. They also have a lot amenities like a hiit area, and pool. I really recommend if you’re looking for a low key gym where it doesn’t get that packed, unless you go in the afternoon where the whole world is getting out of work, every gym is usually like that so can’t complain when it happens.
