Dr Trippett and the staff are the best in town. Very friendly front office. Very knowledgeable doctor. Been a patient for 35yrs or so.

Dr Trippett and his staff are so busy they have no time for patients. Attempting to get an appointment is difficult at best, from the web site, after hours service or the office itself. Refills will require another office visit. I made an appointment arrived on time, sat in the waiting room past appointment time. I was called back into the exam room and waited another half hour. I was getting a refill and a physical exam but they forgot about the physical exam. When paying/checking out they asked if I got a physical exam? I said no. Dr Trippett ordered blood work from the onsite lab. That was my physical exam. On my next attempt to see Dr Trippett I made an appointment and had to cancel the day before. I received a collection notice in the mail today for $40? I guess I was charged for the visit???? I guess any service with 40 chairs in the waiting room is to busy. The people are very nice though.

My son has been mocked and insulted. Dr. Trippett rolled his eyes at my son when giving an honest straight-forward answer to his question. This is unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. Apparently, Dr. Trippett's experience has told him that all 27-year-old men are not worthy of courteous attention. I really don't know what he was thinking, but this doctor visit was not worth the time or money, and we are very disappointed.
