They don't offer free tire rotation unless you purchase tires from them. Fyi...Cost to rotate is $56.

They do a great job and very professionally so. Thanks, I keep getting nails in a tire that I bought and they keep plugging it, for free.

I had a nail in my tire just in the middle ( not the side), I went there twice last Friday, the first time they told me there is 15 people ahead of me, let me make an appointment online, then made the appointment online went there in the afternoon again the guy there took my key looked around my tire and told me I need replace the tire, they can't patch it for me, how ridiculous it that? I just did the inspection one week ago in the firestone and passed. I went to Costco they patched for me and rotated the tires for me on Sunday. Never ever come to this store anymore.

I was unable to have air refilled in a tire or able to have tire rotation because all tires are worn. Unfortunately I purchased 4 tires here only 14 months ago! l expected them to honor the warranty with an APPROPRIATE Mileage CREDIT as indicated at time of the purchase. THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. Instead the presented a bait annd switch by offering a paltry credit mileage adjustment for the miles l did not use AND only willing to apply credit toward new set of tires purchased here.
They are BOGUS SCAMMERS.

Alexander helped me reset my tire pressure light which had been bothering me for a while now. I was told by the dealership that I'll need to replace TPMS sensors but really all that was needed was a quick reset. Alexander was very genuine and really gave my car his undivided attention. I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 15 years and i know it's for technicians like Alexander that I'll keep coming back if I have any issues.

This place is a joke. I made a 9 AM appointment and showed up at 8:30 AM. Then, I sat and watched as people came in and out while I waited for my car to be taken back at 9:45 AM. At 10 AM, they came out and told me that my lug nuts were swollen. Bro, I've owned many cars and have bought many tires, and never has someone tried to tell me that my lug nuts were swollen. Anyway, I didn't get my car back until after 10 AM; by then, the whole place had emptied out. They somehow managed to use the swollen lug nuts with no issues. After researching the swollen lug nuts, it turns out they were damaged from a bad installation. That's funny because they are the only ones to have worked on the car since I bought it. So, in other words, their own tools ruined my lug nuts, and they want to charge me another $100 to change them. My car is new; you can't tell me it's because they're old.

I don't know what's the point to make an appointment if either way it's first come, first serve, it doesn't make sense the slogan "Book online and save 30% and time." My appointment was a 5:30 and I ended up leaving a 7:15. People who got the after me left first than me.

Came to this location on the way to work due to low pressure on front driver tire. I was told the issue was my tire, which was a 3 to 4/10. So I bought 2 new front tires to prevent an uneven drive.
A few days later, I have the very same issue. I was near the Missouri City location and they submerged the wheel and found there is actually a crack in my rim. So, I spent roughly $700 on new tires and $120 on an alignment when that could have went to either a rim repair or new rim.
How about checking the root cause prior to pushing an $800 bandaid on the customer.

My husband who is a Veteran that deals with PTSD. When he took his vehicle there, he was told while waiting for awhile that the technician who changed one of his tires had broken the sensor, then instead of the store willing to repair for free he was told they would charge $60/each to get the sensors replaced. He was confused and forgot about this whole situation until today that was brought to my attention which I am his caregiver. This is appalling and unprofessional for a company to do this to anyone. This issue needs to be fixed correctly as it was in your possession for service & your technician SHOULD have been trained AND been more careful NOT to break anything and if they did so, then it SHOULD be upon the store's expense to get this replaced!

Went to Discount Tire to get tire balanced and rotated. Salesperson went to check the thread and said that the tires needed replacement, even though after the thread are good. My biggest gripe is that they always try to upsell or make sure you walk out of there with a brand new set of tires. Costco would be a way better option.
