Customer service was top tier. Shoutout to Blake for all of his help. I encourage you guys work with him for your tire needs, etc. Service was quick and straight to it. I'm always nervous going into “masculine” establishments because of past experiences however my experience was everything but a stigma. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Blake!

this shop is great. i got to the shop at 7:45 and was out of there by 8:15 (granted i just had a small puncture). but the workers are so nice and respectful!

Went there to get my tire replace and they didnt even washed there hands and left there dirty stains on my white door panel and seat. When i told them nicely about it they were giving me attitude i would not recommend this place at all

Absolute Horrible experience. Came in here to get my flat fixed. Gentleman.l checking me in inspected my tire, confirmed there was no leak from one of the nails (not a cause of the flat). Then he proceeded to bang the nail in and out and created a leak #2 and then had the galls to say we can’t fix. You will need a new tire.
He created a new problem that was not there to begin with.
What a sham these guys running. I am so glad I was standing right there. If I had been waiting inside the store, he would have charged me hundreds of dollars. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

Never been to a more incompetent, un-customer friendly Discount Tire until I came here. Firstly, I stood in line for nearly 20 mins without a hello, how are you doing. On top of that they only had one register open. Came in for balancing on 3 wheels. They go and say it’s $22 each. I said I’ve never had to balance a wheel for that price and asked for a manager. I even told them to pull up my previous appointments which they did andI know the manager saw what I previously paid. He continued to say $22 is standard for all Discount tire and I said that’s not true. The manager then asked me if he can see my wheels. I showed him and he immediately says “oh these are 2 piece wheels, we can’t service these anyways”. My wheel are not 2 piece nor are they bead lock capable. I then called another discount tire and ask them how much do THEY charge for balancing and that store said $12-$15. I explained him the situation I was in and he even said that every store has their own policy on pricing and it depends on the manager. Now I know which Discount Tire to not come back to.

Very shady store that tries to force you to purchase overpriced tires. Went to get the "free air" and they said they can't give me free air because the tire pressure is to low. Go inside and there is a nail in the middle of the tire that has plenty of tread on it and they say it can be fixed for free. After they removed the tire the salesman comes back out and says you have to buy a $300 tire because we can't put this back on. Told him that just put the tire back on and I'll go somewhere else to which he said we can't put the tire back on due to "safety". They came down to $100 after I kept telling them I'm not interested in buying a new tire when this one is perfectly fine other than the nail. Told them to just put the spare on and put the tire with the nail on the trunk and I'll go somewhere else to which again replied we can't because it's not safe. They then put a used tire that wasn't even the same size on thinking I wouldn't notice. This is by far the worst discount tire I've ever been in ran by a bunch of crooks.

This store terrible service I’m waiting the line for tire pressure more than over 30 minutes.
and they checked my car's tires and scratched all 4 rims of the car, looking terrible.

Very disappointed. I waited over 10 min in line to get air in my tires. Many workers saw me and ignored me, Talking and laughing with each other. So I just left.

Although the visit was quick it came with a BIG mess up on their end. After paying 1k for a rim swap and a new set of wheels I came home to see SPECIFICALLY placed marks of paint chipping around all of my center caps in the same place. These rims were in PRESTINE condition upon arrival with no marks at all.
Keep in mind I have before and after photos of the tires, but upon calling DT to see if they can correct the mistake they immediately try to tell me that their tools wouldn't have caused this and they have no paint touch up kits, even though I HAVE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AND THEY'VE BEEN THE ONLY ONES TO HANDLE MY WHEELS (I seen them put back on one of my center caps with a metal tool forcefully as-well). Also when you look at their website it states perfectly clear "Discount Tire can facilitate your wheel repair service for scrapes, gouges, and bends, topped off with OEM-matched paint, powder coating, or re-chroming"
".... So why can't I get this service after
spending a grand for something THEY caused???
Keep in mind I have pictures to prove. Anyways WILL NOT come back to this location at least until the issue is fixed. So if you have glossy black new wheels do not take them here unless you want them coming back with freshly chipped paint!! Haha TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE , will protect employees for mistakes they caused even after you spent THOUSANDS!!! (First pic with 4 tires is before, next 3 individual shows chip damage by center cap in same spots)
