Shoutout to Kyle! He’s got amazing customer service and went out of his way to help me find some tires. I appreciate the honesty and how friendly the entire staff is. Even though there a large wait on Mondays, everyone does a great job of communicating where the wait times are at.

I swear every time I come here and have them balance my tire they always tell me my tire is no good and it will not pass inspection. Last week I went due to a nail in my tire. They told me I need 4 tires and it will not pass inspection. After they fixed it I went for inspection and I passed. Beware of this place. They upsell all the time.
Also one time they also told me my lug nuts were already bad. They told me to replaced my original mustang lug nut so I agreed. My neighbor said since my car was new and never really mess with the original lug nut that it should still be good. I called the next day and they told me they don’t have it anymore. As long as you know what you are there for and stick with your plan you will be ok. Again just beware of this place!

I don’t care what the other reviews say, I always have a great experience at this location. Been coming here for the past 8 years to service my car and never had one complaint. The front desk people are so friendly and won’t try to upsell you. This location is the best!

This location is not easy to access.

I had to use this location more recently in 2024, as I had a flat on the way to work. They checked all my tires and repaired my flat within 30 minutes even though they were extremely busy that morning. I’m glad to see things have improved at this location.

I purchased a set of tires this past Saturday. I arrived at 8am before the crowds. I was in and out of the place in 30 minutes or less. The salesperson gave me a solid list of tires to choose from, and he explained the pros/cons of each set. Very friendly staff. The prices are good and cheaper than a couple other places I looked at. I definitely recommend this location. Getting to the parking lot is a bit confusing. Be sure to turn right on Sugar Park Lane and go around the back of Moody Bank.

Recently purchased tires for both of my family's cars. Discount tire has become my go to place for tires due to consistently good customer service, competitive pricing, and convenience. Kyle was really helpful when it came to picking the right tires and warranties. Was able to get both cars done on my lunch break. Will be back!

Omar and the team at discount tire always help with patching my tires. They never try and upsell me on anything or pressure me. 10/10

I took my wife's vehicle to Discount Tire on Monday and replaced the rear two tires for $409. Upon checkout, I told them that I'll bring the vehicle within the next few days to replace the front wheels too.
On Wednesday (same week) I received a call at 8:59 AM from same Discount Tire telling me that the other two tires are at the shop and ready for installation..... and that they'll do it for $320 for BOTH tires. I sent my wife (during her lunch time) to get the other two tires replaced.
When she showed up at their shop, they wanted to charge her $320 for ONE tire, not two; this is nothing but Deceptive Trade Practices...... for telling their male customers one thing and wanting to charge the female customers something completely different.
So, if you are planning on buying new wheels for your vehicles, please note that there are many better options right around the corner.
I have the receipt for the first two tires for anyone to see.

Tire pressure was low so I came in during my lunch break. They found 2 screws and had me on my way in 30 minutes for no charge! The courteous, efficient staff earned my future business!

Stay far away from here. If you have a flat they will try their dam nest to sell you a new tire. I recently bought 4 BRAND new tires size 22’ for my wife Tahoe and happen to get a nail a passenger front tire. I said why not let me go to discount tire and get it patched and ofcourse they come back telling me they can’t fix it. That’s just a money maker for them. I literally had a brand new tire that needed to be patched and they expected me to go a spend another $200-$300 for 1 tire they are out of their minds. If you’re in the southwest area take your flats to Llantas 8 they fix flats. Fixed my tire in 5 min charged me $10. Never fails.

Tyler was an awesome associate. Very informative and handled me very promptly.
The two mechanics, Anthony and Joan (sorry if I misheard ?), were also awesome. They gave me a lot of detailed information for taking care of my tires that I didn’t know.
I’ve been to a few discount tires the past few years nearby, but this one was for sure the most exceptional :)
