I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they earned it. The salesmen are so helpful and knowledgeable. They took in my ring (not bought from this store) and soldered it together PERFECTLY and surprised me and called and said it would be ready the next day. I had so much anxiety about leaving my ring with them and they reassured me and were fantastic! I was so appreciative! We now will go here for any future jewelry needs in the future!

We happened upon this jewelry store on the mall. The associates there were helpful and attentive to what we were looking for. We received personal attention and left feeling like we got a great deal on the ring we were looking to purchase. I love leaving somewhere, especially after a large purchase with no regrets. Bill called later in the week to see how we were enjoying our purchase. He mentioned to come in again when we are at the mall for the cleaning and ring check. This business has multiple stores across the country. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

My initial experience purchasing a wedding set was awesome! Fast forward a month one of the diamonds fell out I had the protection plan thankfully! I dropped it off and received a call that they are replacing the ring entirely! I am so happy with their customer service! We will be customers for life! Our sale rep was Garrett and he was fantastic!

It took me a whole week to get a hold of a manager because he was out, then I finally got a chance to talk to them because I needed to return a very expensive watch and they told me they can't do anything for me because they "sized it" for me in store. They literally just knocked a couple of pins out and could easily put them back in, I even offered to do it myself. They refused to do anything for me. They will NEVER be receiving anymore service from me or any of my friends or family again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Came in and was greeted by a gentleman named joe I walked around and looked at a few watch’s even tho I didn’t buy anything I was still treated as if the place was home such great customer service !

I have a Navajo turquoise ring from a late aunt that needed resizing. Bill was helpful in getting it sized correctly and also with picking it up! It was nice to chit chat about the ring, and I was happiest about the excellent customer service. I would recommend this jewler to friends and family!

This store looks professional, but the customer service is always bad. It seems like it's gotten worse since I last visited. The new employees are kinda rude, I feel this might be a problem thats starts with management.
