The owner is a horrible disrespectful prick. Has no customer service at all. If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Do not bring your kids around the negativity of that business. Has hatred in his heart. Feel sorry for him actually.

The manager/owner is so rude and has no regard for my concerns for my kids. Very unprofessional. Likes to escalate situations. If you love your kids don’t bring them around this establishment.

My son has been enrolled since May and he loves it, and I definitely love that it tires him out. Great coaches, professional & comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

We have been a part of D1 Sugar Land since August 2023. I have seen so much progress in my son's game because of D1! I can sincerely say that the coaches and staff at this D1 care and are committed. We came for a free trial and now my son looks forward to meeting the friends he made during the workouts. I encourage you to take the free class and give them a chance to improve your child's game!

I am glad to find this training facility for my daughter. She has been training for almost two months and really likes it so far. She also made some friends here. The staff are super friendly. The trainers are very professional and very experienced with kids. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We have been coming here since April 2023. My son and daughter love it and have already shown big gains in strength. The improvements in their strength, speed, and agility are definitely showing on the field and court.

Absolutely not!! They do not work with you in regards to cancellations for any reason, because unless you're not human, we all know life happens. I will not recommend this program ever to anyone else!!We enrolled in the Sugarland location during the summer and tried to continue once school resumed, but our work scheduled changed and we couldn't accommodate the back & forth with three kids. I spoke to management about the situation and they said there's nothing that can be done and they have to abide by the contract. (30 day notice required from the time you cancel, but still being charged until that 30 day ends whether you attend or not).Yes so even if you died, like another reviewer said , they would still charge your bank card until your 30 days was up! Oh as far as the program itself, I guess you'd have to enroll to get the full effect of the program in general, however, unless you're definitely sure life will not happen to you while enrolled?! Do so at your own risk!! #Neveragain

Great facility, staff, and trainers. This is an excellent place if you want to start your kid off with a good foundation for sports or just to get in the habit of being active that’s also built upon solid principles.

Was a member of the Cedar Park facility. It was a very good place when it was operational. However, they collected a year's worth of money from many of us and now not returning it as the facility closed down. The owner asked us to contact the franchise and the franchise is telling us to contact the owners. They are just making us go in circles. Horrible experience with this company. Stay away from these scammers.
