this place has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. It seems CVS does not care about the non-existent customer service at this location because they allowed the pharmacy to stay operational the way it is. I will not be using this pharmacy again!

Do employees actually staff this store? It's all self-check and the card reader wouldn't process my payment (I can't both try again AND leave my card in the reader but that's what the screen was indicating). I won't work this hard to spend money, Walgreens was 10x better for the same purchase and worth the 3 minute drive away from CVS.

I've been going to this pharmacy for the last 3 to 5 years every month to get my prescriptions. Always got to use the the good RX card until this month Of June 2023 because the new pharmacy manager said it's not allowed lol 3 to 5 years I've been doing this and she completely handled it the wrong way and has terrible terrible customer service skills none at all in my opinion. I will be talking to the store manager about this as soon as he or she gets back from vaca. Don't go here unless you want to pay extra and get treated badly. I'm a banquet manager myself so I know a little bit about guest service. I'm taking my hard earned $ elsewhere no point going out of my way to get treated like that.

Looks it’s a CVS, I’m not expecting miracles. Pharmacist is always helpful though, and when there was a shortage of one of my medications, they worked to try and get me alternates. They’re usually busy right after work - go figure, but they’re always doing their best.

Too slow and keep ordering call your doctor , call the other pharmacy , call help desk. Waiting here with my wick daughter and and finally she called the insurance and just figured out 10 seconds if possible why don’t you do it in the beginning ! Now days life is super challenged. Not sure if she has small kids or not but waiting here calling here there all doctor , pharmacy ! Hope she can be in same station one day and do more empathy with others. If possible go other pharmacy :((( not happy here at all. They don’t care if you have small sick kid with you .

Very good service. Staffs are amazing, especially the manager Ms Nayana and the tech Benly , everyone have a great mind in helping and getting my prescriptions on time.

We had our flu shots at this location and Nayana was extremely patient and efficient. We were 4 of us and she was great with all of us. Nayana was also extremely helpful in getting us the COVID test kits when we were going through the sickness and she was very helpful guiding us through everything. Love this location because of the people that work Really a neighborhood pharmacy and helps to see friendly faces every time you go in.

Pathetic and slowest people at this pharmacy. I called multiple times with 15min hold and even after that nobody helped. Went to check the prescription in person, not a single car in pick up line but they were busy doing nothing. Never going at this pathetic pharmacy again.

They used to be a dream pharmacy but not anymore after Pam was left. Too many misinformations, careless mistakes, not professional attitude. Extremely sad.

I had my flu shot administered by Nayana the pharmacist. As a retired Hiring Manager for a major hospital system I was so very much impressed to see how well she inter acted with her staff and multi tasked. She kept me informed as to how long it would to get the shot. She was friendly, efficient and answered my questions with a smile. She thanked me for using CVS. I will definitely return to this location for my needs.

I went to get my flu shot at the pharmacy on Oct.13, 2022 . Had a great experience with Nayana the pharmacist..she was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and explained the procedure every step of the way.

Pharmacy is kind and patient. Does everything go perfect as far as insurance is involved? NO...but what makes it tolerable are the ones behind the scenes. Thank you you all for working so hard and having a great attitude!

Leaving this review so people are aware of what could happen, and maybe CVS pharmacy will be more cognizant and vigilant next time.I brought my empty thyroid medication bottle filled at a different pharmacy and explained I would like to get it filled here. The girl asked me if I needed the medication today and I said yes. She told me to come back after an hour to pick it up.I go back around 5:30pm and wait for the pharmacist to get around to helping me. She told me my thyroid medication is out of stock and I should call my doctor. It is Friday after 5pm. My doctor’s office is closed and will not reopen until Monday. It is extremely important that thyroid medication be taken every single morning.I am so disappointed that CVS did not call me and let me know they were out when my doctor’s office was still open. They knew I needed the medication today. Now I will have no thyroid medicine for the whole weekend plus Monday (it is to be taken first thing in the morning) at least.I haven’t had problems here before and hold the pharmacy manager in high esteem, so this is extremely disappointing. I hope they don’t do this to anyone else.

This is worst pharmacy I have dealt with and this is my very first time to leave a review.It took me a month to fill a prescription, first they lost the electric order sent from dr. Office. After I obtained a paper copy and dropped to this location, guess what it was lost again. Worst part of it, from pharmacist to staff, no one can tell what happened, apology at the time is worthless. Another case, my surgeon sent one prescription over, I received an automated call saying the insurance not covering the medication. But when I called again later and I was told there is no record of it. I had to call insurance to find that it’s not the case, instead it’s need pre-authorization due to type of medication. So no more business with this CVS or in general not doing with any CVS.
