I was very pleased with the service I received from Paul the pharmacist on duty today. I was treated with respect and my request was taken care immediately. He is very pleasant and showed no rush even though he had several customers waiting. I got my medicine very quickly.Also the tech named Shanon also was very attentive. Both of them need to be recognized..Paul is a very professional pharmacist.He is an asset to the pharmacy.

The man AJEET was very very rude. I was just LOOKING a package that was already opened since it was the last item on the self
Of what I needed and he comes up to me asking if I needed help I genuinely thought he was asking and I told him what I was looking for. He then ignores that and takes the package that was opened and asked me why I opened it with such an attitude. I told him I did not open it it was already like that and he proceeds to tell me he SAW me open it. I told him he could look at the cameras for proof as I have nothing to hide and I did not open it. He asks how does he know I didn’t open it (when he just told me he “saw” me) and I repeated that he can look at the cameras. No apology or anything he just walks away. I understand you want to make sure no one is stealing but to just accuse someone of stealing without ANY proof and giving them attitude that is not needed is ridiculous.

CVS PLAYS PREGNANCY LIFE.Cvs sent me message they said “ when your receipt ready we will call you . They never reach out to me, I wait almost 3 weeks for my medication , today I called them to ask my medication,They said “your insurance does not cover this medication”I told them If so why you did not inform me so far ! This medication is so important for me and for my baby, because I am pregnant. They only say “ We apologize” CVS your apologize does not help for my health. You play with my baby life . Three weeks I waited for my medication. You have to inform me but you did not.

Poor pharmacy experiences for the last 5 years ! My wife and I switched to HEB . Wow what a difference in service. ITs been the same staff at this CVS for a few years now , and they need a refresher on customer service .

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any pharmacy the main pharmacist she is Asian had a attitude the entire time when they were the ones completely in the wrong. We got our medication sent to this CVS but they didn't take our insurance when they sent us a message that our medication and prescription was successful and ready for pickup. We get there and they say come back in 20 minutes we go back home and go all the way back to CVS. Once we gets there a young gentlemen says we have to wait another 20 minutes due to their system having troubles. We end up going inside and the main pharmacist has a rude tone and attitude and she was saying she can't transfer our medication ? Im not sure why because she didn't want to? We ended up doing everything ourselves and called a Walgreens which took care of us correctly. She needs to be trained again and supervised.

My fiancée and I ordered photos from this store. We needed them today for a function tonight! We were promised that they would be ready today. We got an email saying the photos were ready at 10:00am! I went to go pick them up at 5:10pm. Of course they were not ready. Two workers said the machine was out of order since this morning! Why would you promise they'd be ready when you know your machine is down? Why would you send out an email saying they are ready when clearly they're not. Our evening was incomplete without those photos. Thanks CVS for nothing.

Went there to get my COVID shot. Strangely, the male nurse who administered my shot did not clean the site of injection with alcohol like they always do. when I asked him about it, he just smiled and gave a vague answer.

Great place the 50% rack is way to expensive for 4.50 resse pieces mini cereal. 5.99 for Takis new fuego waves is actually 3.99 on sale for a 8 oz bag.

If your part of the CVS care pass
You more than likely will be able to get deals and discounts
Utilizing it wisely you're able to say 50% and sometimes even hundred hundred percent
It also is important to develop a good relationship with the manager
As a store manager sometimes can give you a bigger discount
And you can always return everything as long as you have the receipt
I enjoyed buying different holiday seasonal cards
Only downside for the extra care
You more than likely have to wait
Every month for the rewards that come back around
