Costco Optical at Sugar Land TX is the worse I've seen. You can tell they work very slowly on purpose. They are like slob,moving very slowly and just trying to buy times till their shift is over. Unbelievable

Do not waste your time applying for a job here, the interview process was extremely unprofessional. You can tell there’s a massive lack of communication amongst all managers/employees, I definitely feel that I dodged a bullet by not being able to attend a THIRD interview with this location. All employees working looked miserable and after my first 2 interviews with 2 different managers, I can definitely see why someone would be unhappy working here.

Very crowded but the store was still great. Our first time trying Costco and didnt disappoint. Cant wait to try other locations.

This Costco is the worst Costco I have ever been to; and I've been to many Costcos across the US, for over 17 years.
17 years of being a loyal customer.
If you are of Asian descent, or enter this store with someone of Asian descent, you will be harrassed unexpectedly...you will be profiled...they will meticulously review your receipt, pushing your purchases around in your cart like they were rifling through trash looking for something valuable...they will, in essence, treat you like a dog.
*If you are Asian*, or someone who is white and believes skin color and looks don't matter and you're with even a single person of Asian descent, *do not* shop at this location.
You will feel harrassed.
And you will have this lingering feeling of having been victimized...after paying, with your hard-earned money, for goods...that are supposedly being offered to customers of all races...by law, even...to paying members of a club that sells things in bulk, at cheaper prices for their members benefit.
I call racism. Racism against Asians, on the management and employees of this specific Costco location.

I wish I could give this location a ZERO. Avoid this store completely. Buyer beware! It’s a hillbilly store with hillbilly employees with hillbilly thinking. They treat the customers who are foreigners in a very undignified manner.
