The guy in there today was horrible. Didn’t help at all and barely spoke, made me feel very uncomfortable. When i asked a question he gave me a funny look. Definitely will not be returning

They honor device warranties so you have no worries about what your buying. They have helped me with several mishaps with no question. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced with any shop for that matter. If your in the area, or coming to the area, or on the other side of the world, come to THIS vape shop. You'll never feel jipped. You'll always get quality. Prices are decent. They have happy hour where you can get discounted rates (don't know the times or days) You can even hang out here and play pool or watch TV. Such a great group of guys. Thanks CV!

I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. I Tried vaping for the first time. I am so happy my friend referred me to your store. I have no cravings for cigarettes anymore. The staff was very informative and I would recommend anyone in the same situation to visit and try vaping to quit smoking cigarettes.... Thank you so much!!!

I usually go to the same vape shop in Richmond by my house. I was in the area and needed some coils and juice. Im very glad i stopped in and met these great people. Friendly kind and educated in their product. I will be back

I have been to this vape shop a few times and every single time I am blown away. Each time I go he (sad to say I don't know his name) resolves whatever issue I haves, he is not looking for a quick buck but loyal clients, they will always have my business because I appreciate been a human being and not $$$$$$

Great place, customer service, and prices. They stocked up their items from juice selections and mods from how it was previously over the years. All are good news in which it deserves a 5*, however, covid is still here... all other vape shops I’ve been in does NOT let you vape inside simply because the smoke comes from your mouth (worse than coughing at someone directly)... asked the guy why that is and his answer was, “oh,” and continues to vape anyways. Yes. My own risk to go there, but if you’re worried, I suggest you order and pay outside. Other than that, a fantastic place to get juices!
