While it's always great when business transactions go well, I think it's a much better indicator of the quality of a business and it's people to see how they handle tough situations.
I brought my truck in for an AC diagnostic and was quoted for some minor repairs to get it back up and running. I approved the repairs and they were completed so I picked up my truck. It almost immediately went back to blowing hot air so I called them back to see if they could figure out what happened. It turned out that there was a bigger problem with one of the more expensive components of my AC system that had been missed on the first diagnostic.
I was a little frustrated at having paid for the initial repair (which was legitimate and necessary, it wasn't an incorrect diagnosis) and not getting the AC operational. And the major component failure that was actually causing the problem was going to be much more expensive to fix.
Kelly, the owner, got involved and coordinated with the service manager and one of their techs to get my truck back in immediately, working after close on a Friday afternoon as well as discounting the repair. I'm a contractor and spend hours in my truck every day, I couldn't make a living without it. They worked around my schedule and fit me back in immediately, having the replacement part rushed in to complete the repair close to end of the business day on a Friday so that I could get back to work over the weekend.
Kelly didn't have to do any of this. There wasn't any dishonesty on their part, and there wasn't any obligation to go to this extreme to help me out. It was just an honest oversight on the first diagnosis. The fact that she and her employees went out of their way to help me get my truck working and back on the road speaks volumes about the way they do business, and that is a VERY rare thing today. I can't thank Kelly and her staff enough.
By way of further thanking them, I would encourage anyone who reads this review to make Christian Brothers in Sugar Land their go-to for their auto repairs or maintenance, even if you don't live nearby. They're worth the drive to be treated honestly and fairly. And I think it's important that consumers reward businesses like this with their patronage and support, because not many businesses genuinely care about their customers and live up to their reputations. Kelly and Christian Brothers have earned the business of my friends, family, and any other referrals I can send their way.

The Best Mechanics 10 + up Rating, but the downside of this company is that they overcharge too much on the car parts and charge to much on the labor work.If you go on line and order you car parts it's cheaper yet these companies or other companies over charge. I'm just telling the truth.

I had a great experience with Christian brothers. Being a single mom of three it is hard to take off from work. Christian brothers had repair men drive to my job and replace my windshield while I was at work! I will definitely be going back for any future repairs! I will also be recommending anyone who is seeking car repairs! 5 out of 5 stars!!

I’ve had multiple positive interactions with Christian Brothers. I first came to them for a second opinion after another shop quoted me over $1,000 to fix my air conditioning. Christian Brothers repaired it for me for around $100. I also brought my vehicle in once after running over some debris in the road. I wanted to ensure the car was still safe to drive. They did a quick inspection and didn’t even charge me for it. Recently, I brought my car in for a regular inspection. They notified me that my bar battery was in need of replacement. Because my car was relatively new, they suggested I look to see if the battery was still under warranty. It was. This saved me a significant amount of money, but it cost Christian Brothers business because it meant I had to have the dealership replace the battery instead of Christian Brothers. It is difficult to find honest repair shops, and Christian Brothers has certainly earned my trust. They are also active in the local community. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday I took my car for state inspection at Christian Brothers Automotive New Territory and am very happy with their service. The staff are very friendly and professional. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the inspection despite their busy day in this difficult time.

I showed up one afternoon and my car was evaluated quickly to determine the problem. A part had to be ordered but they were able to get it same day. My car was ready within hours of my arrival. Everyone was so friendly and they didn't try to up sale.
