I lost confidence in the leadership of the Director. Some of the teachers are good-- if you are lucky to have one of the older teachers, good for you.

My 10 month baby girl has just started with Childtime at sweet water recently and I have no words to explain that the whole experience has been amazing since I stepped in.Like said in many other reviews , Miss Paula, the director and Miss Mohabbat have helped me with the enrollment process to greeting us everyday, resulting as a huge help for a full time working mom and full time student.Miss Santa and other infant 1 room teachers has been amazing and so involved In my baby daily care. This happened to be the best decision that we took as parents.thankyou

We have had the absolute BEST experience here. After touring several day cares, we chose Childtime for the service, staff, and schedule. The teachers are loving and well-experienced, the facility is immaculate, and the administration goes above and beyond to ensure both you and your child are happy. My child and I are greeted every day, by name, with a smile and positive energy...and we leave just the same. The live video monitoring and frequently updated newsfeed is a comforting bonus, too!

Tried this center through Bright Horizons. Third one we’ve tried in the area. Nothing wrong with the other centers, but my daughter loved it here. She loves her teacher, Ms. Chris, and always says she’s had a good time. I’ve also noticed my daughter’s mood is better regulated with the schedule they keep with nap/meal time. The toddler:teacher ratio is also unmatched. Would definitely recommend to everyone! Especially COVID babies who were never really exposed to other people.

I can honestly say I trust every single one of their staff! I just unenrolled my child but only because she is starting school in August. But overall I am very pleased with this daycare. I felt 120% safe dropping off my child and most importantly my child felt safe and loved it here! One of the best daycare honestly! They truly truly are awesome!

I have been under Dr. Dip S. Jadav and staff for some time. I have to say this team of individuals are extremely professional and passionate with you. They are excellent with the best care and expertise in the care for each patient. I will continue with them because of the best care for me. The best care ever they should be higher with their rating system because of such excellent care and service they offer to each customer.

Recently with management change the quality of the daycare has gone down. Disappointed that Daycare is not keeping the good staff. We plan on pulling our kids out if this continues.

Our son was a preschool student of Mrs. Michelle Fernandes during the 2021-2022 school year. An Assistant Teacher who was in our son’s classroom from August 2021 to May 2022 came forward and informed us in regards to the way Mrs. Fernandes was abusing and discriminating our son during the 2021-2022 school year. Our son was not taught anything by Mrs. Michelle Fernandes, in fact because of her abuse, discriminating and ostracizing our son, he lost the social skills he had acquired before starting preschool with Mrs. Fernandes. We do not want her to go back to any Daycare because clearly she does not have any business teaching children, especially infants, toddlers and preschool aged children, because they are the most vulnerable. As of right now Mrs. Michelle Fernandes is under investigation by an agency for physically and mentally abusing and discriminating our son.

We had to quickly enroll my daughter in daycare because of my schedule and they were so accommodating! Everyday they greet my daughter by name and really pay attention to all my needs. They update me with pictures and videos some days and are really good about updating potty/feedings/naps. I believe its Ms. Hina who is so sweet to my baby girl! As well as Ms. Paola who is always there to help!! But really all of the teachers are so sweet and caring. They also provide diapers/wipes/bibs for a small extra fee which makes packing her bag easier for me. Highly recommend!

I consider myself pretty picky about childcare. This is by far one of the best centers I’ve experienced. My girls are always happy to be dropped off. They we closed for a few weeks because of the storm and my girls cried everyday when I dropped them off at another center. I am so grateful I found them!

I recommend Childtime to any parent looking for a daycare that has mature and experienced staff. Other places have younger teachers who aren’t as experience and are more inclined to leave. All daycares experience turnover; it’s the nature of their business but Childtime’s turnover is mainly with their part-time staff. The main teachers and administration are very consistent and have been there for quite some time. We love that the teachers understand the differences between our kids’ personalities and treat them accordingly. The facility has an indoor play area with climbing structure, which comes in handy during bad weather days. The only negative is the small size of the classes, which affects our elder son (9 years). He’s too mature for what the facility offers and we have yet to find a different facility that we feel comfortable with. Unfortunately no daycare is perfect but if you want a daycare that provides peace of mind in staffing qualifications, then consider Childtime.

So i just went for a day here through my employer program and my child got sick with high fever that evening. When i dropped her, i even asked teacher about a heavy coughing child but i dont think any steps were taken.Although the staff is nice (+* for that), i don’t think i will have my child again there.

My son attended Childtime - Sweetwater for approximately one year. Some of the caregivers were very loving and nurturing to my infant/toddler, however is there is a high turnover rate amongst the caregivers, especially in the infant 1 room in the afternoon. In my opinion the center is more of a glorified daycare and not an educational based program. There were countless times when I picked up my son, he had been placed in a high chair as the caregiver was cleaning up the room.I certainly did not pay $287 a week so that my son could be babysat by a high chair.During this one year, I received a high number of incident reports. From my son being bit by another child on multiple occasions, to him falling and biting through his tongue, to a fall that required stitches. The straw that finally broke the camels back is when I picked my son up and noticed clear nail marks on his forearm, as if someone had grabbed his arm and dug their nails into his skin. The nail marks appeared to me to be the size of an adult hand.I instantly spoke with the director about the marks, but no explanation could be given. I immediately removed him from the center. When I was contacted by the district manager, she stated that they would be investigating and inspecting the equipment to see what could have caused the injury... I could save her the time, because it is clearly a matter of whom and not what.I did not care for the director Lynn and judging by her attitude towards me, the feeling was certainly mutual. I found her to be rude and condescending.I certainly would not recommend this center.

Our family has been with Childcare Sweetwater since my son was 15 months old, and we all love it! The teachers and staff are very nice and professional, and clearly they enjoy working there. The teachers in the toddler rooms are loving and patient, and really know how to educate little kids. This daycare has its own kitchen and provides healthy food every day, which is a great help. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for childcare.
