I opened a business account and the checks ordered are still lost to this day because the bank rep entered my unit number on the wrong line. It has been 3 weeks and I still cannot get anyone to help me find the lost blank business checks. I would not recommend this bank location.

Absolute nonsense! I waited in the line. Asked the teller to do a domestic wire as I always do and she told me because the line is long she can’t help me and I have to wait for a banker who we’re not available and and even longer wait. How is they fair? Not professional. I’m never coming again.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Chase. After entrusting our company’s revenue to them for years, I expected a higher level of support and reliability. Unfortunately, I found their executive administrative services to be slow and inefficient.The entire process with Chase when you need it, has been the most challenging and unsatisfactory banking experience I have ever encountered. I would not recommend Chase to any business owner looking for dependable and supportive banking services.

I went to this location to make a withdrawal yesterday. I had asked them to bear with me because I was doing something for work and not 100% on what to do. I was given rude looks and was even asked to take deposit slips and go fill them out so that I am not holding up the line even when i said im not sure if i will be making a deposit, but i know i need to make a withdrawal. Also when i looked behind me, nobody was waiting in line. I fill out the withdrawal slip and they ask me how i want the money, i say big bills are fine. And even when i said this they still seemed unsure and wasnt getting the money ready. The two mid aged female tellers at the left window were rude and judgemental for no reason. They couldnt get the computer going so they asked me to go to the window to the right. When the woman passed my ID over to the younger teller I heard her whisper in a concerned voice to make sure she scans my ID. I have been a chase customer for years and this was the most rude and unprofessional behavior I have experienced from bank tellers. I've never felt judged by a bank teller before. Shameful. If those ladies wanted to be shady at work then they should have become nail techs. They don't belong in a professional setting.

This is the worse chase branch ever. Zero customer service. And a greeting is not a service. Dimon should go the way of hus good friends Jeffrey E and Harvey W. The new building and parking lot suck. Chase stop being woke.

It’s hard to get a hold of anybody at this bank, and its phone system would cut you off without leaving you a choice. Not good! ☹️

My only complaint so far is that tellers should not use their cell phones while processing bank transactions, it is disrespectful, unsafe, and unprofessional.

Brilliant place! You will be greeted by an employee who barely speaks English and then you will be lectured by some Bryana about respect *(American expression for "I'm in charge, I'm the God, don't you dare objecting about anything"), for interrupting her while she was giving the answer to the question she was never asked.Amazing attitude, very typical for Houston in general, and impossible to see anywhere else in the world.So, if you go there, be very, very deeply respectful, and keep listening to their employees, even if you have never asked that question, and even if you already know the answer.Please respect them, deeply and piously, by listening to them knowing the answer you never asked. Enjoy and rejoice! Just smile and let them waste your time. Just smile, keep nodding and "respect" them deeply. Just keep respecting them after they repeat for the third time something obvious that you understood 5 minutes ago.Oh, world famous Southern hospitality, with so much respect.Go down to road to some other bank, seriously.Or, even better, don't live in Houston.There is no good reason to keep spending life in this strange city inhabited by unexplainably aggressive powder-keg-people whose fuse is always on fire.

Honestly, never though in my life I would give 5 stars to any bank but I have to now . This Chase branch helping twice printing out my bank statements by different customer service representatives . I’m gaveling a court problems to deal with right now and need banks statements documents asap cannot be delay or mail out . Happily both representatives help me getting retrieves my 2 years bank statement without a problem! Today is Friday the 10th on Veterans Day at 11:20am . The person standing in front is helping me .Reason I give 5 stars is when I go to other Chase location only is when I go to other Chase location asking for same help problem everyone there there seem like they not happy and unwilling to help to print out those documents right away .My courts deadline to turn in those documents is 3 days so there no way on earth if they mail out those documents in time and this is supper important to me right now . Thank you so much for helping me !

November 6, 2023, 11 am. I had a scheduled meeting with Trupti Patel, who was on vacation. The bank worker who speaks abysmal English and who greeted me on my arrival told me that certain Breanna will see me instead. I will just say that Breanna needs to get her hormones checked because she went full berserk on me after I told her that she's repeatedly answering the question I didn't ask. If these are the values Chase is nurturing, then I recommend opening the bank account elsewhere.
