I walked into this branch on the morning of March 7th to request some assistance on obtaining copies of some important documents I needed with a specific deadline. The teller immediately told me she couldn’t do it and I would have to have them mailed. She didn’t even attempt to assist. I went to another branch close by in the area and the agent was more than happy to assist me and provided what I needed in under 15 minutes. It’s unfortunate as this location is more convenient.

One of the best and fast customer service there is. I drive out to my way and avoid the ones near me to go to this specific branch. Because I always get the fastest and best customer service.

I'm not sure this review can possibly cover all of the reasons to avoid this bank like the plague, more specifically if you are a sole proprietorship who wants a simple checking account to comply with the IRS who wants your business transactions separate from personal. Such a simple thing is somehow turned in to a year long impossible mission for no good reason at all, well literally for no reason - good or bad - since they've given us zero logical explanation for such difficulties. It is mind blowing what circus act they've put us through, and yet STILL don't have a functioning bank account. I will come back & add the details of our experience soon because as of right now, all I have to express my view are curse words, & there aren't even enough in the English language to describe this experience.

Pleasantly suprised! Greeted and attended to by an attentive, professional, proficient, efficient, and patient Staff, this branch set the standard. Chase should model its operations after this location; truly a flagship experience. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they under-staffed-( professional opinion.)

I have banked at Chase for 20 plus years and their customer service has gone way down. We went to take out an auto loan with Chase and for some reason TDA was having trouble getting info from Chase even though that’s the bank they do the most business. So we went to this branch to do the loan and they didn’t know how to do it without it being online. The online wasn’t working so they didn’t know what to do. Not sure what the purpose is to have people in the lobby if they can’t help their customers. They don’t seem to want my business. It’s a shame.

Terrible experience trying to open a business account. I came in knowing what I needed to do and had all the documents to do it, yet the banker couldn’t figure out how to put it all together to open the account and was extremely challenging to communicate with due to thick accent. Such a waste of time.

Staffs are very polite and professional. Quick services and conveniently located within Riverstone is a big plus.

Just called to this location, an old man with a very thick Indian accent answered and was so rude and unprofessional. It baffles me that Chase would hire this type of person with no professional skills and can barely speak any English!!
