The woman who helped me was named Kokila Modi, and she gave wonderful service.
This was my only time at this branch and I admittedly had a simple task. But I was greeted at the door and directed to the right line based on my issue, and was acknowledged while I was waited that they'll get to me. And Kokila was not only quick, but very sweet and social. The small interaction brightened my day!

Nobody picks up the phone. In bank service by the lady agent is exceptionally great. I would have given a 5 star but my issues need repeated reminders for resolution. Difficult to schedule an appointment as under staffed.

I was honestly clueless on how to open a bank account and kind of nervous to pick out of all the options. Yuritzas was so sweet and helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. She has great customer service and whenever I bank I’ll definitely ask for her!

Worst banking experience out of all Chase branches. Everything is outdated and slow. Please add more self service kiosks if you don’t have enough tellers on site.

Friendly and helpful staff in this location, especially Ms. Trinidad, who was extremely helpful in resolving two bank frauds for me. She was highly compassionate about what I had to go through and offered lots of advice and tips to reduce my stress level, ultimately resolved the frauds and got money back for me on a timely manner.

Reviews speak for themselves. Don’t waste your time, they don’t care about you. Rinku is a liar, DO NOT GO TO HER or you will regret it. They are just trying to make commission off of you. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

Atm never works for literally anything. Tellers are less than able.
