It’s so disappointing to see eight offices in this Chase, and only one person able to see customers that need special services, such as a wire or a notary. The bank keeps acquiring other banks and delivering poor customer service to its customers that have to wait for ages. There was a second banker, who saw that about four customers were waiting and decided to go home at 4:30 PM and left only one person to deal with us. Terrible banking.

I visited my Chase Bank yesterday to do a Wire Transaction. I worked with Banker, Stephen Nsien. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to send a Wire Transfer through my telephone. From my experience at the Bank yesterday I can highly recommend the Chase Bank at West Airport and South Highway 6. Give them a try!

Very bad customer service specially the branch manager he don’t know banking and how to deal with clients, no courtesy or welcome to any customer ever since this manager is working here the whole atmosphere is changed like graveyard they just want to charge extra money to their customers in terms of fees and other charges.

My husband and I have a scheduled meeting with Michael Polanco from 12pm to 12:30pm. We were there on time and waited 20 minutes still cannot talk to him. Waste customers' time and what is the point to schedule a meeting?

I want to give some big kudos to Mr. Vinh Quach. We went in the lobby to get some documents notarized today. He is one of the first bank assistant we encounter who actually knows what his job is as a notary officer.Unlike most of the notary officers we encountered before, Vinh is highly professional and knowledgeable in his role. Other notary officers all seems to want to read in detail of the document to be notarized when that is completely unprofessional and what I consider an intrusion of personal privacy.Vinh was familiar with what his role requires of him which is looking at only what type of document he is notarizing for his recording purposes and not reading it in detail. He was pleasant to talk to and directed questions we have to appropriate personnel at the branch without rushing us. We felt important as a customer of Chase bank. The teller at the front was also quite polite and seems genuinely helpful. This was a very positive banking experience today and I felt it important to take the time to write a positive review to acknowledge my appreciation.
