Haven’t been here yet but want to know if the hours are only marked as is or do you guys open any earlier during the week? Tried calling but kept saying number not in service.

The gym is great for training as it has a great amount of punching bags and great for working out for its variety of machines. This gym is excellent if you are willing to train at your own pace. Coach Elliot is excellet as well. My only problem is the other coach with the long beard, Coach Tim. Hes always correcting every miniscule mistake you make, then he starts yelling how you are doing bad, which, atleast for me, makes me doubt my skills. He's constantly out of patience and starts getting quite aggressive, which in return makes me perform much worse. I've learnt and have gotten much better by myself than all the progress that coach Tim has ever done.

Coaches are Great & helpful as long you put in the work and show them you want to learn if you looking for a fancy place go to a Boxing Fitness gym with the moms

They don't answer the phone, ever. I tried them out for a month and a week+ of that month the gym was closed due to renovations. Attempted to cancel my membership before I got charged but they charged the card anyway. Was given the run around from 2 different "managers" there and they ultimately charged my card anyway. The bathrooms are horrible, make sure you don't mind helping to clean since no one else will. Very unprofessionally run place

They allow you to be videotaped even during your 1st sparing session. And will circulate the video amongst themselves to make fun of you when all I was trying to do was learn. And will protect one another when questioned about said video!! O STARS! Disrespectful and unprofessional!!

Extremely unprofessional. The management runs the place worse than McDonald’s employees. Asking them questions about how to sign up/cancel is like pulling teeth. They don’t answer phone calls for the 3 numbers you can find, nobody will answer so hopefully you live close. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING, a real whole in the wall that gets by because of the name. Don’t fall for the hype

The coach with the big beard is crazy he says overhand isn't a punch and he says you can't hook with your left definitely dont recomend

I only stay 5 mins away from the gym and I really wanna rain and become the face of boxing but it’s gonna take help and a lot of effort and also some guidance, and I’m looking for anyone to guide me to greatness , I really want help, any one who reads this if u can just reply bck and give me help tht would be great
