all the places that aren't popular often are amazing!! i saw the cutest sweatshirt at one clothing store and got a varsity sweatshirt at charlotte russe!! every employee i meet always greets me and ask me how am i doing and say thank you, your welcome, yes ma'am, etc. it means so much having nice people always there!

If you've ever been to a mall before, chances are that First Colony Mall looks nearly identical to whatever you pictured (unless it's the Galleria). This feels like the average of all the malls I've ever been to. Nothing about this mall stands out as being "unique". In fact, I'm more interested in the strip malls that surround First Colony Mall than the mall itself.

this mall is mid overall. the flooring could be updated for a better ambiance. it's not very large either imo. decent variety in shops.

Easy to navigate, tons of stores, great access to outdoor open air shops and restaurants. I love flying saucer, american fare, and the french bakery next to flying saucer.

Really this is about trip to the Apple store, nevertheless allow me to say how awesome the a visit or trip to Apple is. It's awesome, there customer service I thought was awesome, the level of details and knowledge the helper had was definitely a key factor in the purchase of an IMac.

This mall has a good variety of stores, but the loud, pulsating music in the public areas is a bit much. Turn it down some so customers can enjoy talking with each other

I like this midsize mall. Sometimes, I stopped by here in order to take a break. The food court is okay. But it's hard to find outlets to charge a phone. There is a tea house at the food court. But it's pricey. I found a cheap gift shop near JC Penny. I found a cheap $1 soda. Thanks. AMC theater and other restaurants are located within walking distance. I love here.

First visit to this mall, 5 days before Christmas. Liked the festive decorations. The close parking was full but again, it was near Christmas. We parked further away but it's ok. We felt way more safe here than at the Galleria in the dark, murky, dirty parking garage. There seemed to be a decent variety of mid-level stores... not super fancy like the Galleria (Gucci, Fendi, etc.) but not scummy either. We're not high end shoppers anyways. We walked through the food court to get to the restrooms. There were a nice variety of restaurant options. It smelled lovely but we didn't have any. The mall was clean. Couches throughout the mall were comfortable. Nice to be able to sit and relax when your significant other is in a store you don't want to go in. All in all, a decent mall. I'm sure we will return.

So I am not a mall person. I do not go to malls. I forgot this mall existed. But recently I had to go and it had everything still! I was SO surprised!!! It's clean, they have a Pottery Barn, Sephora, Macy's, Victoria's Secret, Bed Bath & Beyond, Nordstrom Rack around the corner, a smoothie spot - I mean I am still not a mall person, but I am very pleased to be close to this one!
