Absolutely LOVED THE STAFF!! Me and my fiancee came in as we were just driving around, and they showed us 3 different models. I love these apartments and they have definitely moved to our number 1 spot!

The property is very nice and clean! The property has so many activities you can do with family. The young lady by the name of Litzy was amazing and friendly she was very professional and super knowledgeable about the property.

I had a tour with a leasing agent her name was Elizabeth and it was an amazing tour she really took her time to give me the details I needed to now and she really helped me find the right apartment for me. Definitely highly recommend scheduling a tour and moving here.

I have decreased my rating from 3 to 2 stars. Despite increasing rents and adding new charges and policies, the service quality is declining significantly.
For months, I have raised detailed issues about the gym with management, yet nothing has been addressed. Only one treadmill works at any given time, the gym is poorly maintained and not cleaned, and the equipment appears neglected. Makeshift fixes on machines prevent dedicated gym users from utilizing the facilities to their full potential.
This lack of attention to service and maintenance is unacceptable.
Update Mar 2023: Increased the rating from 1 to 3 Stars. The current management is making community improvements and has installed security cameras for the safety of residents. Also, they are hearing the resident's feedback and removed the fetch service. Will update my review based on future experience.
Update Nov 2022: To the management, If the intent is to improve the quality of living for your residents, why don't you please change the old electricity-hungry white appliances with the new energy-saving ones? Rather than adding and forcing residents to pay for additional services (mentioned below)that, they might or not use.
Fetch Package service - Most of the time they deliver to an incorrect address. I have to FETCH it myself from the incorrectly delivered residence & you keep charging us for this miserable service. Having reached out to the office regarding this issue multiple times, you don't seem to care about this except to respond, saying it is mandatory & problems are to be resolved with FETCH & they keep accomplishing the same pathetic service after complaining multiple times to them.
Smart Home: I already have smart devices and pay a monthly subscription. I assume, so do the other residents. Now you are forcing us to pay a monthly fee, which will be an overhead and redundant expense for the residents.
June 2022: Don't expect anything here other than inferior service. Service tickets get closed as completed without even being attended. Be prepared to reach the office multiple times to resolve your service tickets, that too is not guaranteed. At the office, they will say it will be taken care of, but it is just a reply, not an action.
To the management of Greystar
As a resident I pay the rent ON TIME for the rental service you provide, it is your responsibility and duty to ensure the issues are resolved ON TIME and provide a livable place. Rather than making the residents follow up multiple times with you, please ensure you follow up with your team and ensure the issue are resolved on time.

The 5 star reviews have to be from some sort of incentive, I can't see how this dump has so many good reviews. Break-ins, cars being vandalized and stolen, sketchy people walking around at night. The gate gets stuck open so often so anybody can drive around up to no good. The people in the office couldn't care less and they're well aware of all of these issues. Also the people in the upstairs units are loud and noisy at all hours of the night. It's very inconsiderate for us that have to wake up early to go to work. You can commonly find trash spread out throughout the complex because people are too lazy to find a trash can or take their trash to the dumpster.

This apartment I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of security and management response at this apartment complex. Recently, someone vandalized my car by breaking the windows and slashing the tires with a knife. I am a Single Mom with Young Children and This incident left me feeling unsafe and threatened, worried not just for my property but for the safety of myself and my family.
I reported the incident to the management immediately, expecting them to take swift action to address the situation and improve security measures. However, their response was completely inadequate—they did nothing to investigate the matter or ensure such incidents do not happen again.
The management’s failure to address this serious issue has left me feeling extremely vulnerable. I do not feel safe living here, and I am deeply concerned that the next time, it could be even worse. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice before moving in. The lack of security and the indifferent management make this a place I can no longer trust or recommend. is not safe for life

bad and wosre management BH.
almost 6 years in this apartment old management was listen to your complain but this new management worse and treat you like garbage. my daughter and wife has dust allergies i got to know about their allergies from report. Now i am spending so much money on the medicine so i applied to change for carpet but they not ready to listen my complain they are telling to take transfer and 500$ fees for transfer. The apartment are old and they charging fee 500$ to transfer old apartment. If any planning to move in this apartments please dont because before leasing they treat you king but after leasing they show their real face and if put bad reviews they will delete you review

The rent getting higher but the apartment getting old, I mean when rent an apartment for example $1250 they will keep making it higher for next year, why???

Not happy to see that we are being charged over $2,000 after moving out of my apartment unit. The upcharge in fees seem predatory and unjust considering the the fact that the apartment barely had any work done on it. During the year that we stayed we only saw pest control come once and shoddy work was done to the carpet l, cabinets and vent in the kitchen. They also tried to put blame on me on another resident's mess on the patio after I moved my items from the patio that weren't allowed.
