“Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and the service representatives were courteous and professional from start to finish. The shuttle service was excellent and made dropping off my vehicle very convenient with minimal disruption to my schedule.
While the overall experience started off very positively, I was disappointed that my specific request to have the tires rebalanced was not completed. Instead, I was presented with recommendations to replace the cabin air filter and engine air filter, recall-related engine programming updates were performed, and a wiper blade was replaced—none of which addressed my original concern.
Although checkout was smooth and the cashier was helpful, failing to honor a clearly requested service takes away from what otherwise could have been an excellent visit. Better communication and follow-through on customer requests would significantly improve the experience.”

“12/13/24 UPDATE 2 turn around for additional drop off, at this point to dealership of my vehicle. I waited a bit hopeful all has been resolved to officially conclude my review. Between insurance company of the insured, crash champions & my dealership my vehicle has returned without any additional challenges, immaculate & neatly kept as dropped (appreciated) therefore I will maintain 4 Star Rating alongside my Update 2 review.
12/12/24 UPDATE: My heart sank when I realized not even 24hrs passed & my brake lights, hazard lights, left & right signals didn't work upon repairs completion. HUGE SAFETY RISK for myself & family. I looked at reviews and HONESTLY paniacked. I made calls & emails to insurance, dealership & repair shop immediately! With the combination of efforts everything was completed free of charge & swiftly. I did modify 5 stars to 4 in fairness to my troubles, took most of my work day, pushing back everything I needed to accomplish and of course an update to my review was necessary. INTEGRITY is EVERYTHING!!!!

12/11/24 John & each staff member I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable & answered EVERY question/concern I had. Place was neat and comfortable; including the restrooms. Details/Delays & Updates were promptly shared. Vehicle was clean (inside/out) as expected. This was my first EVER visit and met & exceeded my expectations! I WILL add that vehicle updates did change from original estimated dates HOWEVER rental covered all changes & updates, so did the insurance covering costs. A bit surprised & slightly concerned reading reviews and hope my experience is different. My vehicle looked cute upon pick up so let's hope all stays this way moving forward.”
