I saw Sarah, the seamstress, for my wedding dress that had been poorly altered prior to seeing her. It didn’t look right, didn’t fit or feel right, so I was nervous about wearing it, was dreading wearing it and was considering buying something cheap online to replace it.Sarah took her time analyzing how the dress was made and how to fix it; she did a great job working on it and now it fits and looks great! I’m now looking forward to wearing the dress. I’m so grateful for Sarah’s expertise. She is very talented, skillful and diligent; if I ever need anything tailored again I will go to her.

I have used Bluebonnet cleaners for many years. They are timely and do an excellent job. Their seamstress Sarah is extremely talented and has remade many dresses for special occasions. This is a independent owned business, and I want to support local business owners as much as possible! They are great people and run a good business and come with my highest recommendation!

Very unprofessional! Clothing was brought back because they smelled (dirty, unchanged washer-dry cleaning water).When the clothes were brought back the clerk said that it was because the clothes were brought in "sweaty".When I picked the clothes back up I asked "what do you think the problem was?" (the re-cleaned clothes were no longer smelly).He said "the only thing I suggest is for you to wash your clothes ahead of you bringing them here (to the cleaners)".Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the service? If I have to wash my clothes before I bring them to you, why do I need the service?I was ignored of my questions several times and had a total disregard to the original problem.Anyone interested in keeping a customer would do their best to make this right.I don' recommend this cleaners at all.

This is a wonderful dry cleaners. Sarah and Jonathan are always very polite and helpful. My dry cleaning comes back spotless. No strong fumes from cleaning, and NEVER broken buttons. Sarah does alterations as well. She does a great job at a reasonable price. This business is the BEST!!!

Lady told me the on phone if I brought my stuff before 2pm I would have it next day after. Then once I drive there she says no and gets real rude when I start picking my stuff back up. And this is the day after I drove up there and they closed at least 25 minutes early so I couldn't drop it off then either. Went over to River Oaks Cleaners and they were very professional and nice. Also were able to have my suit back by next day so that's where I'm going for now on.

Have used this cleaner in the past and had good results but experience today was disappointing - My wife brought in a silk tie with a printed outline of a dog. Upon cleaning ( and the tie was well cleaned) the golden outline of the dog was removed . What was most disappointing was the business reaction to being told they had damaged the tie- Complete denial - refusal to listen - Not a business that is customer focused when things go poorly
